How do I hide files and folders?




    

  

    
Hide files that are stored in the Resources tool so that they are available only to site leadership. Files contained within hidden folders will also become hidden.
  


      

    
Go to Resources.
        

      
  
 
      

  

    
Select the Resources tool from the Tool Menu of your site.
  

 
  

      

    
Method 1: Select the file(s) or folder(s), then click Hide.
        

      
        
      
  
 
      

  

    

Check the box associated with a folder that you wish to hide.
Click Hide.

  

 
        

    
Confirm by clicking Hide once again.
        

      
        
      
  
 
  
 
  

      

    
Method 2: Click Actions, and then select Edit Details.
        

      
        
      
  
 
      

  

    

Click the Actions option associated with a folder you would like to hide.
Select Edit Details.

  

 
        

    
Hide the item and click Update.
        

      
        
      
  
 
      

  

    

Move down the page until you locate Availability and Access. Click Availability and Access to expand the options.
Activate Hide this folder and its contents. 
Click Update.
