Select the Rubrics tool from the Tool Menu of your site. 
  

 
  

      

    
Click Remove.
        

      
        
      
  
 
      

  

    
Click the X icon (Remove) that's associated with a rubric that you wish to remove.
  

 
  

      

    
Click Remove to confirm.
