How do I change syllabus item access?




    

  

    
By default, syllabus items are only visible to site participants. However, if you wish to share your syllabus with viewers not enrolled in the site, items may be made publicly available.
  


      

    
Go to Syllabus.
        

      
  
 
      

  

    
Select the Syllabus tool from the Tool Menu in your site.
  

 
  

      

    
Select Manage.
        

      
  
 
  

      

    
Select Edit Details for the item you would like to modify.
        

      
        
      
  
 
  

      

    
Select the radio button for the desired access level.
        

      
        
      
  
 
      

  

    
You may choose between two levels of access: Only members of this site can see this syllabus item or This syllabus item is publicly viewable.
By default, the Only member of this site can see this syllabus item access level is selected. 
  

 
  

      

    
Select Update to save your changes.
