Much like ruby development, refactor your code like crazy and never restart your webserver. Browser caching that works

We provide you with the gradle build files.  We provide you with code coverage, and free 
checking for bad patterns in your code.  We provide you with a build that builds a zip file with 
your app and webserver that you can upload to production.  We provide you with log4jdbc and an 
inmemory database out of the box to see if you have 1+n query issues.  We have clickable
