libssh is a C library that enables you to write a program that uses the SSH protocol. With it, you can remotely execute programs, transfer files, or use a secure and transparent tunnel for your remote programs. The SSH protocol is encrypted, ensures data integrity, and provides strong means of authenticating both the server of the client. The library hides a lot of technical details from the SSH protocol, but this does not mean that you should not try to know about and understand these details. The HTTP server module (ks-server-http) implements the Web API of the KnowledgeStore, which includes the two CRUD and SPARQL endpoints. The CRUD Endpoint supports the retrieval and manipulation of semi-structured data about resource, mention, entity and axiom records (encoded in RDF, possibly using JSONLD), and the upload / download of resource representation. The SPARQL Endpoint supports SPARQL SELECT, CONSTRUCT, DESCRIBE and ASK queries according to the W3C SPARQL protocol. The two endpoints are implemented on top of a component implementing the KnowledgeStore Java API (the Store interface), which can be either the the KnowledgeStore frontend (ks-frontend) or the Java Client. The implementation of the module is based on the Jetty Web sever (run in embedded mode) and the Jersey JAX-RS implementation. Reference documentation of the Web API is automatically generated using the Enunciate tool.

A set of reflection utilities and miscellaneous utilities related to working with classes and their fields with no dependencies which is compatible with java 1.5 and generics. The package was originally created by Aaron Zeckoski for the Sakai Project and Generic DAO project but was repackaged to make it distributable by request. It is used in the RSF framework (http://www2.caret.cam.ac.uk/rsfwiki/) and the EntityBroker among other things. GWTUpload is a library for uploading files to web servers, showing a progress bar with real information about the process (file size, bytes transferred, etc). It uses ajax requests to ask the web server for the upload progress. It has two components written in java, the server side with servlet and utility classes, and the client side that is compiled into javascript using gwt. GWTUpload-gae is a library with aditional classes needed for using GwtUpload in Google Application Engine (GAE). JSUpload is the client library but compiled and exported into javascript, so users without Gwt skills can use it directly in their web pages. It includes a bunch of useful examples to learn how to use the library and see its features.

This service implements the Indexer and Searcher interface of WebLab and connect to a remote SOLR engine in order to realize the functions. The connection is mandatory and thus the remote SOLR server should be started beforehand. Configuration of the SOLR server URL is found in src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/cxf-servlet.xml . See in particular "indexerServiceBean" and "searcherServiceBean". Moreover, the service implements several "Analyser" services that could be included in a complete search chain in order to: - enrich a ResultSet with metadata about Hits (see resultSetMetaEnricherServiceBean) - highlight snippet in ResultSet (see highlighterServiceBean) - provide facets related to the current results (see facetSuggestionServiceBean) - suggest spell correction of the original query (see spellSuggestionServiceBean)

An implementation of a RIpple-DOwn Rule learner. It generates a default rule first and then the exceptions for the default rule with the least (weighted) error rate. Then it generates the "best" exceptions for each exception and iterates until pure. Thus it performs a tree-like expansion of exceptions.The exceptions are a set of rules that predict classes other than the default. IREP is used to generate the exceptions. StringTemplate is a java template engine for generating source code, web pages, emails, or any other formatted text output. StringTemplate is particularly good at multi-targeted code generators, multiple site skins, and internationalization/localization. It evolved over years of effort developing jGuru.com. StringTemplate also generates the stringtemplate website: http://www.stringtemplate.org and powers the ANTLR v3 code generator. Its distinguishing characteristic is that unlike other engines, it strictly enforces model-view separation. Strict separation makes websites and code generators more flexible and maintainable; it also provides an excellent defense against malicious template authors. There are currently about 600 StringTemplate source downloads a month.
