Java Text Table Formatter is a Java library that renders tables made of characters. The user add cells and can add format characteristics like predefined/custom table styles, text alignment, abbreviation, column width, border types, colspan, etc.

This Java Toolbox provides several algorithms to align two input sequences, where your sequential data is allowed to be multimodal and multidimensional. We also provide additional tools to inspect the alignment results in more detail or even calculate derivatives of the alignment w.r.t. metric parameters such that you can optimize the alignment parameters according to some cost function. It is written in Java 1.7. and is also compatible with Matlab (version 2013b or higher).

An SLF4J log provider that directly implements the SLF4J API and provides logging output suitable for console output (i.e. not to a file). The width of the output is restricted to the terminal width, with the possibility to split the width into multiple sections, each which may be a fixed width, or 'auto' which divides all remaining space amongst other automative sections. Any log attribute fields may then be placed in any of the sections with a particular alignment. Text will not overflow out of its section. Sections may be colour or styled with other text attributes, including hyperlinks for supported termins. Emoticons and other graphical sequences may be used in place of log levels. Configuration is achieved via 'ini' type files, which are reload automatically when changed.

This module provides algorithms to compare sets, that is, order-invariant lists. These algorithms are implementations of the AlignmentAlgorithm interface defined in the algorithms module. In particular, this module contains the StrictSetAlignmentScoreAlgorithm for computing the cost of the optimal unordered alignment of two sets, the StrictSetAlignmentFullAlgorithm which provides the Alignment itself as well, and the GreedySetAlignmentScoreAlgorithm as well as the GreedySetAlignmentFullAlgorithm for computing a potentially sub-optimal but faster alignment of two sets. The optimal alignments rely on the HungarianAlgorithm for solving the assignment problem in bipartite graphs. Here, we rely on the implementation provided by Kevin L. Stern which is provided within this distribution.
