yuicompressor from group com.yahoo.platform.yui (version 2.4.8)
The YUI Compressor is a JavaScript compressor which, in addition to removing
comments and white-spaces, obfuscates local variables using the smallest
possible variable name. This obfuscation is safe, even when using constructs
such as 'eval' or 'with' (although the compression is not optimal is those
cases) Compared to jsmin, the average savings is around 20%.

xjavadoc from group xdoclet (version 1.1)
The XJavaDoc engine is a complete rewrite of Sun's JavaDoc engine that
is faster and more suited for XDoclet (although it is completely
standalone). It scans java source code and makes information about a
class available via special java beans that are part of the XJavaDoc
core. These beans provide the same information about a class as Sun's
JavaDoc API, and some nice extra features.

org.semanticweb.hermit from group com.hermit-reasoner (version 1.3.8.4)
HermiT is reasoner for ontologies written using the Web
Ontology Language (OWL). Given an OWL file, HermiT can determine whether or
not the ontology is consistent, identify subsumption relationships between
classes, and much more.
This is the maven build of HermiT and is designed for people who wish to use
HermiT from within the OWL API. It is now versioned in the main HermiT
version repository, although not officially supported by the HermiT
developers.
The version number of this package is a composite of the HermiT version and
an value representing releases of this packaged version. So, 1.3.7.1 is the
first release of the mavenized version of HermiT based on the 1.3.7 release
of HermiT.
This package includes the Jautomata library
(http://jautomata.sourceforge.net/), and builds with it directly. This
library appears to be no longer under active development, and so a "fork"
seems appropriate. No development is intended or anticipated on this code
base.

multiverse-scala from group org.multiverse (version 0.5.2)
Scala classes to allow more elegant use of Multiverse from Scala. Atm the functionality
is quite limited since not a lot of effort was put in the Scala integration. For the 0.6 release
Multiverse should be able to work with in Scala written transactional objects configured with
the Multiverse annotations. So that would reduce the need for this library, although in Scala
they want to have special Scala 'interfaces' that provide some syntactic sugar to use java collections
in Scala. So this module would be the good location for that. If anyone would like to help
improving the Multiverse/Scala integration, please don't hesitate to join.

third-party from group uk.org.retep.third-party (version 10.1)
This repository contains various third party sources required by the main
retepTools repository.
The reason for this is when they are only available in SNAPSHOT format and
we require a release version to enable us to run a release.
Although not ideal, this is sometimes necessary if some critical bug needs to
be fixed.
Currently this contains docbkx-tools.
Rules for this repository:
* Projects must follow the same licensing as the main project :-
BSD, Apache2 etc but not GPL, LGPL etc
* groupId's must be within the uk.org.retep.third-party namespace - and not
the projects original namespace (so we don't have version conflicts)
* Must be disabled/removed once those projects become stable

org.semanticweb.hermit from group net.sourceforge.owlapi (version 1.4.5.519)
HermiT is reasoner for ontologies written using the Web Ontology Language (OWL). Given an OWL file, HermiT can determine whether or not the ontology is consistent, identify subsumption relationships between classes, and much more.
This is the maven build of HermiT and is designed for people who wish to use HermiT from within the OWL API. It is now versioned in the main HermiT version repository, although not officially supported by the HermiT developers.
The version number of this package is a composite of the HermiT version and a value representing the OWLAPI release it is compatible with. Note that the group id for the upstream HermiT is com.hermit-reasoner, while this fork is released under net.sourceforge.owlapi.
This fork exists to allow HermiT users to use newer OWLAPI versions than the ones supported by the original HermiT codebase.
This package includes the Jautomata library (http://jautomata.sourceforge.net/), and builds with it directly. This library appears to be no longer under active development, and so a "fork" seems appropriate. No development is intended or anticipated on this code base.

intelligentgraph from group com.inova8 (version 0.9.4)
The IntelligentGraph SAIL offers an extended capability for embedded calculation support within any RDF graph. When enabled as an RDF4J SAIL, it offers calculation functionality as part of the RDF4J engine, on top of any RDF4J repository, using a variety of script engines including JavaScript, Jython, and Groovy. It preserves the SPARQL capability of RDF4J, but with additional capabilities for calculation debugging and tracing.
IntelligentGraph includes the PathQL query language. Just as a spreadsheet cell calculation needs to access other cells, an IntelligentGraph calculation needs to access other nodes within the graph. Although full access to the underlying graph is available to any of the scripts, PathQL provides a succinct, and efficient method to access directly or indirectly related nodes. PathQL can either return just the contents of the referenced nodes, or the contents and the path to the referenced nodes.
PathQL can also be used standalone to query the IntelligentGraph-enabled RDF database. This supplements, rather than replaces, SPARQL and GraphQL, as it provides graph-path querying rather than graph-pattern querying capabilities to any IntelligentGraph-enabled RDF database.
The principles of IntelligentGraph are described here: https://inova8.com/bg_inova8.com/intelligent-graph-knowledge-graph-embedded-analysis/
The full PathQL syntax is described here: https://inova8.com/bg_inova8.com/pathpatternql-intelligently-finding-knowledge-as-a-path-through-a-maze-of-facts/

groupdocs-editor from group com.groupdocs (version 17.9)
GroupDocs.Editor for Java is a powerful document editing API using HTML.
API can be used with any external, opensource or paid HTML editor.
Editor API will process to load documents, convert it to HTML, provide HTML to external UI and then save HTML to original document after manipulation.
It can also be used to generate different PDF files, Microsoft Word (DOC, DOCX), Excel spreadsheets (XLS, XSLSX), PowerPoint presentations (PPT, PPTX) and TXT documents.
Manipulate Using HTML:
Load Document
Edit content using HTML
Edit styles
Perform Editor operations
Convert back to supported file
Document Editor is a computer program for editing HTML, the markup of a webpage.
Although the HTML markup of a web page can be written with any text editor, specialized HTML editors can offer convenience and added functionality.
For example, many HTML editors handle not only HTML, but also related technologies such as CSS, XML and JavaScript or ECMAScript.
In some cases they also manage communication with remote web servers via FTP and WebDAV, and version control systems such as Subversion or Git.
Many word processing, graphic design and page layout programs that are not dedicated to web design, such as Microsoft Word or Quark XPress, also have the ability to function as HTML editors.
