JavaUtil is a utility library to speed the development of Java software. We developed it over multiple years during our internal development efforts, and it has reached a point of stability where we have decided to make it available to the outside world. The JavaUtil package aims to fill in the gaps of the Apache Commons and similar utility libraries out there. Features include convenience classes for string, collections, arrays, dates, iterators, colors, logging, unit testing, a little bit of basic statistics, database queries, caching and more.

Bundle with a synchronous activator which will install OGEMA resources from XML (.ogx) or JSON (.ogj) files located in config/resources (default). This requires a running OGEMA framework when the bundle is started and enables the installation of basic resources before other applications are activated. Also adds a service for felix fileinstall that will install such resource files. Files installed through fileinstall will be reinstalled when they are updated or when a newer version of an installed file is found after a restart (using the file's last modification timestamp). Files installed from the configuration directory will only be reinstalled on a restart, if they have been changed.

DynamicJasper (DJ) is an API that hides the complexity of Jasper Reports, it helps developers to save time when designing simple/medium complexity reports generating the layout of the report elements automatically. It creates reports dynamically, defining at runtime the columns, column width (auto width), groups, variables, fonts, charts, crosstabs, sub reports (that can also be dynamic), page size and everything else that you can define at design time. An easy-to-implement library that can assist Java developers in using the GeoHash algorithm in order to create geocodes based on custom latitude and longitude values. With the help of jGeohash, Java developers will be able to quickly and easily generate a geohash code using user-defined latitude and longitude values. By using the GeoHash algorithm, the space can be divided into multiple grid shapes. This library is a basic implementation from the GeoHash algorithm written in the java and can be applied to generate from the latitude and longitude a geohash code and reverse. The library is kept simple and have no dependencies to other libraries.

Adds deployment support for akka-http applications in kubernetes. The facilities are: 1) promotheus statistics export and collection for akka http routes. The library collects http result codes, timings, and requests in flight. It additionally optionally exposes some basic akka statistics. 2) Graceful shutdown, health and readiness functions. These routes are provided at a low level to they can be used by both the routing DSL and special case implementations. 3) Access log collection. These functions can be freely composed to (e.g.) exclude health check routes from statistics and access log, or include them, depending on the requirements and standards of the user
