Implements the stochastic variant of the Pegasos (Primal Estimated sub-GrAdient SOlver for SVM) method of Shalev-Shwartz et al. (2007). This implementation globally replaces all missing values and transforms nominal attributes into binary ones. It also normalizes all attributes, so the coefficients in the output are based on the normalized data. Can either minimize the hinge loss (SVM) or log loss (logistic regression). This project creates a bundle of the Impex legacy tool that is decoupled from Subversion. It creates a jar file that has the exact same binaries, source, directory structure, and layout as the Impex contained inside Subversion. Since it is published as a versioned jar file, it can be referenced in other processes (like the Rice binary release process) without those processes needing the ability to connect back to Subversion to check out the tool. Processes that need access to the legacy Impex tool can thus express a normal maven dependency in order to obtain it.

Dyndns JMCE is an application deployed to a JMCE server whose purpose is to login to a Dyndns account because if that's not done on a regular basis the account gets deleted. Release Audit Tool (RAT) is a tool to improve accuracy and efficiency when checking releases. It is heuristic in nature: making guesses about possible problems. It will produce false positives and cannot find every possible issue with a release. It's reports require interpretation. In response to demands from project quality tool developers, RAT is available as a library suitable for inclusion in tools. This POM describes that library. Note that binary compatibility is not gauranteed between 0.x releases.
