jfreechart from group se.malmin (version 1.5.3)
This is a fork of jfreechart. The purpose is to the build it with the Java module sytem and Java 17.
This to be able to use it in building java applications with reduced runtimes.
Three servlet classes have been removed as they depended on the automatic module servlet.api.
No functionality has beed added. All credit to the original project.
Introduzing the module system has broken the unit tests. Everything seems to work as expected though.
If you stumble upon this, then it might be useful if you need to use jfreechart in a Java module application.
This project will not be maintained though. It looks like jfreechart is adopting the module system and that it might be released soon.
jfreechart with Java 11 and modules for java fx applications was recently released.
JFreeChart is a class library, written in Java, for generating charts.
Utilising the Java2D API, it supports a wide range of chart types including
bar charts, pie charts, line charts, XY-plots, time series plots, Sankey charts
and more.

r6-generator from group io.github.terminological (version 0.5.6)
R can use RJava or jsr223 to communicate with java. R also has a class system called R6. If you want to use a java library
with native rJava or jsr223 in R there is potentially a lot of glue code needed, and R library specific packaging configuration required.
However if you don't mind writing an R-centric API in Java you can generate all of this glue code using a few java annotations
and the normal javadoc annotations. This plugin aims to provide an annotation processor that writes that glue code and creates a fairly
transparent connection between Java code and R code, with a minimum of hard work. The focus of this is streamlining the creation of R
libraries by Java developers, rather than allowing access to arbitrary Java code from R. The ultimate aim of this plugin to allow
java developers to provide simple APIs for their libraries, package their library using Maven, push it to github and for that to
become seamlessly available as an R library, with a minimal amount of fuss. A focus is on trying to produce CI ready libraries
tested with Github workflows and ready for CRAN submission.

## Using
### Use built in keys to make geohashes
```java
import org.geokey.GeoKey;
// Make a geo hash key
String key = new GeoKey().setLatitude(48.669).setLongitude(-4.329).toString(); // "gbsuv7ztqzpts82uzfwq5e1bp"
// parse a geo hash key
GeoKey gk = new GeoKey("gbsuv7ztqzpts82uzfwq5e1bp");
```
### Make a special purpose K-Dimensional key
```java
public class GeoTimeKey extends KDKey {
private static final KDKeySpec spec = new KDKeySpec.Builder()
.addDim(-180, 180, 1)
.addDim(-90, 90, 1)
.addDim(0, 1L << 62, 1)
.setAlphabet(Alphabet.GEO_TIME_HASH)
.build();
public GeoTimeKey() {
super(spec);
}
public GeoTimeKey(String s) {
super(spec, s);
}
public GeoTimeKey(byte[] s) {
super(spec, s);
}
public GeoTimeKey setLatitude(double latitude) {
set(1, latitude);
return this;
}
public double getLatitude() {
return super.get(1);
}
public GeoTimeKey setLongitude(double longitude) {
preferredlistgen from group au.net.zeus.jgdms.tools (version 3.1.0)
Tool used to generate the preferred class information for downloadable JAR
files in the form of a META-INF/PREFERRED.LIST required for use by the {@link
net.jini.loader.pref.PreferredClassLoader}. The list is generated by
examining the dependencies of classes contained within a target JAR file and
zero or more additional supporting JAR files. Through various command-line
options, a set of "root" classes are identified as belonging to a public API.
These root classes provide the starting point for recursively computing a
dependency graph, finding all of the classes referenced in the public API of
the root classes, finding all of the classes referenced in turn by the public
API of those classes, and so on, until no new classes are found. The results
of the dependency analysis are combined with the preferred list information
in the additional supporting JAR files to compute a preferred list having the
smallest number of entries that describes the preferred state of the classes
and resources contained in all of the JAR files. The output of the tool is a
new version of the target JAR file containing the generated preferred list,
and/or a copy of the list printed to System.out.
algorithms from group de.cit-ec.tcs.alignment (version 3.1.1)
This module defines the interface for AlignmentAlgorithms as well as some helper classes. An
AlignmentAlgorithm computes an Alignment of two given input sequences, given a Comparator that
works in these sequences.
More details on the AlignmentAlgorithm can be found in the respective interface. More information
on Comparators can be found in the comparators module.
The resulting 'Alignment' may be just a real-valued dissimilarity between the input sequence or
may incorporate additional information, such as a full Alignment, a PathList, a PathMap or a
CooptimalModel. If those results support the calculation of a Gradient, they implement the
DerivableAlignmentDistance interface.
In more detail, the Alignment class represents the result of a backtracing scheme, listing all
Operations that have been applied in one co-optimal Alignment.
A classic AlignmentAlgorithm does not result in a differentiable dissimilarity, because the
minimum function is not differentiable. Therefore, this package also contains utility functions
for a soft approximation of the minimum function, namely Softmin.
For faster (parallel) computation of many different alignments or gradients we also provide the
ParallelProcessingEngine, the SquareParallelProcessingEngine and the ParallelGradientEngine.
data-distribution-api-vivo_1_08 from group edu.cornell.library.scholars (version 1.1.1)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Version for VIVO 1.8
This uses the source and test code from the Version for VIVO 1.10, edited to
make it compatible with VIVO 1.8. It also borrows some code from VIVO 1.10
itself, changes the package name to avoid conflicts, and adds it here.
* Vitro 1.8 uses Jena 2, not Jena 3, and Commons Lang 2, not 3, so modify
the "import" statements in the Data Distribution code accordingly.
* Vitro 1.8 does not have a "...webapp.utils.sparqlrunner" package, so
borrow the source from Vitro 1.10, move it to a different package (just
for compatibility with the 1.9 version), modify it to use Jena 2 and
Commons Lang 2, and modify the Data Distribution API code to use this
sparqlrunner package.
* Vitro 1.9 has an earlier version of "...webapp.utils.configuration"
package, so borrow the source from Vitro 1.10, move it to a different
package so it won't conflict with the 1.9 version, modify it to use
Jena 2 and Commons Lang 2, and modify the Data Distribution API code to
use this configuration package.
Make these modifications, compile, JAR it up, and deploy.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Because VIVO 1.8 is not available as a Maven package, we have extracted the
class files, JARed them up, and stored them in a file-based repository
within this project.
But that doesn't include any transitive dependencies, so any package that
this code requires must be explicitly listed as a dependency.
jburg from group net.sourceforge.jburg (version 1.10.3)
A bottom-up rewrite machine is a compiler construction tool that is often used in the compiler's back end to
convert a tree-structured representation of a program into machine code -- or, in Java's case, bytecode.
JBurg can also be used as a general-purpose dynamic programming engine. JBurg is descended from iburg-class
BURGs, described in Fraser, Hanson, and Proebsting's paper, "Engineering a Simple, Efficient Code Generator
Generator."
JBurg brings similar O(N) minimum-cost tree rewriting capabilities to Java, and also allows the programmer to
specify transitions between non-terminal states, that are significantly more powerful than iburg's transitive
closures: JBurg transformation rules allow the transformation to inject additional program logic, which makes
a JBurg specification more like a grammar than like a list of pattern-matching rules.
clirr-maven-plugin from group org.neo4j.build.plugins (version 1.0.1)
This is a specialized version of the Clirr Maven Plugin. It adds capabilities for excluding specific
error types, as well as separating code into three, rather than two, subgroups:
Internal code (no checks)
Externally invoked code (Annotated with an "externally invoked" annotation, same as Externally implemented, but adding methods to interfaces
and abstract classes is allowed)
Externally implemented code (Assumed default. Full backwards compatibility required *unless* an interface is annotated with
a defined adaptor annotation, in which case full backwards compatibility is required for the adaptor class, but the rules of @ExternallyInvoked
apply to the interface itself)
Clirr is a tool that checks Java libraries for binary and source compatibility with older releases.
Basically you give it two sets of jar files and Clirr dumps out a list of changes in the public API.
The clirr-maven-plugin can be configured to break the build, if it detects incompatible api changes.
In a continuous integration process, the clirr-maven-plugin can automatically prevent accidental
introduction of binary or source compatibility problems. Additionally, the plugin can generate
a report as part of the generated site.
