A plugin helping with installing ImageJ 1.x plugins and dependencies. In ImageJ 1.x, .jar files containing an underscore are automatically scanned for classes whose names contain underscores. Every such class is considered to be a plugin. That is not true, however, for jai_codec.jar's classes. Therefore, Fiji introduced the split between plugins/ and jars/, where third-party libraries are expected to live in jars/. ImageJ2 uses the same structure since it is backwards compatible.

It also borrows some code from VIVO 1.10 itself, changes the package name to avoid conflicts, and adds it here. * Vitro 1.9 uses Jena 2, not Jena 3, and Commons Lang 2, not 3, so modify the "import" statements in the Data Distribution code accordingly. * Vitro 1.9 has an earlier version of "...webapp.utils.sparqlrunner" package, so borrow the source from Vitro 1.10, move it to a different package so it won't conflict with the 1.9 version, modify it to use Jena 2 and Commons Lang 2, and modify the Data Distribution API code to use this sparqlrunner package. * Vitro 1.9 has an earlier version of "...webapp.utils.configuration" package, so borrow the source from Vitro 1.10, move it to a different package so it won't conflict with the 1.9 version, modify it to use Jena 2 and Commons Lang 2, and modify the Data Distribution API code to use this configuration package. ISO 13616-1:2007 specifies the elements of an international bank account number (IBAN) used to facilitate the processing of data internationally in data interchange, in financial environments as well as within and between other industries. The IBAN is designed for automated processing, but can also be used conveniently in other media interchange when appropriate (e.g. paper document exchange, etc.). ISO 13616-1:2007 does not specify internal procedures, file organization techniques, storage media, languages, etc. to be used in its implementation, nor is it designed to facilitate the routing of messages within a network. It is applicable to the textual data which might be conveyed through a system (network). This project provides a general purpose ISO 13616-1:2007 compatible IBAN Java class.
