JMySpell is a 100% pure-Java implementation of the MySpell spell checker, licensed under the LGPL. This allows us to use the old dictionaries from OpenOffice.org in Java applications, whether they're J2SE applications or J2EE web applications. Since at the moment there is only one 100% Java Open-Source spell checker (Jazzy), and the inclusion of dictionaries is difficult, the objective of this project is to fill this gap.

A collection of scala classes for some basic dictionary and wiki manipulation, contributed by the open source Sanskrit NLP project and friends. Some notable facilities: * Deal with babylon dictionaries. * Use bots to write to wiki projects (wiktionary, wikisource etc..). * Iterate through output of OCR programs such as SanskritOCR. This project is a resource for the JCoRe Linnaeus Annotator. The dictionaries contained herein are used for the recognition of concrete species names in text, e.g. "human", "mouse", "n. furzeri", "c. elegans" etc as well as species hints, i.e. indirect clues to a species like the word "patient" which most likely refers to a human. Additionally to such rather clear proxies, this project also includes a small dictionary containing maximum-frequency-proxies for genus expressions like "Drosophila" which will be mapped to "D. melanogaster". For the task of only finding concrete species names in text, there is the project jcore-linnaeus-species-ae-species-dict.

Bond is a small library that can be used to spy values and mock functions during tests. Spying is a replacement for writing the assertEquals in your test, which are tedious to write and even more tedious to update whem your test setup or code inevitably changes. With Bond, you separate what is being verified, e.g., the variable named output, from what value it should have. This way you can quickly spy several variables, even have structured values such as lists or dictionaries, and these values are saved into an observation log that is saved for future reference. If the test observations are different you have the option to interact with a console or visual tool to see what has changed, and whether the reference set of observations need to be updated.
