Java Objects representing the PROV model and an XML serialiser/deserialiser for them. Classes were initially generated by JAXB, from the XML schema for PROV, and over time edited by hand.

Allows opening the currently edited file in an external editor. <p> Its main purpose is to open the currently edited file at the exact same cursor position as in Netbeans to execute some complex editing action that is not easily possible within Netbeans itself. <p> The command to open the file in an external editor must be supplied by the user and allows placeholders to specify the location of the cursor to be able to jump to the same location of the cursor in Netbeans' editor. <p> A fallback command can be specified for opening file for which no editor window is open. This command doesn't support all the placeholders, but allows editing a file directly from the Projects nodes.

POJava DateTime is a simple, light-weight Java-based API for parsing and manipulating dates. It parses dates from most languages and formats out of the box without having to specify which format is expected. Defaults such as time zones, and whether to interpret an internationally ambiguous date like "03/06/2014" as DMY order or MDY order are inferred by system time zone and locale and stored in a default config object that can be replaced or overridden. Multiple languages for month names are supported without any additional configuration needed. This is a forked version edited by Jianlin

This module provides access to the set of utility classes required to interact with an instance of an AppWorks Gateway from an AppWorks Service. It covers AppWorks dedicated service deployment API, which is a limited subset of the full AppWorks admin API. We currently provide the facility for services to listen to service life-cycle events such as 'service installed', 'service upgraded' and 'service uninstalled'. We also provide the facility for centralised configuration setting management. As AppWorks services are edited from the AppWork Gateway administration console, we provide the ability to respond to updates made here, and also expose creation and update end points for these settings.

It also borrows some code from VIVO 1.10 itself, changes the package name to avoid conflicts, and adds it here. * Vitro 1.9 uses Jena 2, not Jena 3, and Commons Lang 2, not 3, so modify the "import" statements in the Data Distribution code accordingly. * Vitro 1.9 has an earlier version of "...webapp.utils.sparqlrunner" package, so borrow the source from Vitro 1.10, move it to a different package so it won't conflict with the 1.9 version, modify it to use Jena 2 and Commons Lang 2, and modify the Data Distribution API code to use this sparqlrunner package. * Vitro 1.9 has an earlier version of "...webapp.utils.configuration" package, so borrow the source from Vitro 1.10, move it to a different package so it won't conflict with the 1.9 version, modify it to use Jena 2 and Commons Lang 2, and modify the Data Distribution API code to use this configuration package. SEWOL provides support for the handling of workflow traces. Specifically it allows to specify the shape and content of process traces in terms of entries representing the execution of a specific workflow activity. SEWOL also allows to write these traces on disk as a log file with the help of a special file writer for process logs. Currently it supports plain text, Petrify, MXML and XES log file types. In order to specify security-related context information, SEWOL provides access control models such as access control lists (ACL) and role-based access control models (RBAC). All types of models can be conveniently edited with the help of appropriate dialogs.
