A plugin for the Apache Felix Webconsole. When installed, this bundle will add a tab on the Web Console that provides a graphic overview of the OSGi framework, including services, bundles, and components. Colors are used to encode the different states. Bundles are shown to be started, stopped, starting, resolved, and installed. Services are shown to be used, looked for, or registered in the air. Components can be seen to be operating or not satisfied. Most objects have a tooltip with extra information and all objects can be clicked upon. Hovering over a bundle or service shows only the conenections to/from the component. The display updates every 5 seconds to provide a continuous view on the operations of the framework it runs on.

A plugin helping with installing ImageJ 1.x plugins and dependencies. In ImageJ 1.x, .jar files containing an underscore are automatically scanned for classes whose names contain underscores. Every such class is considered to be a plugin. That is not true, however, for jai_codec.jar's classes. Therefore, Fiji introduced the split between plugins/ and jars/, where third-party libraries are expected to live in jars/. ImageJ2 uses the same structure since it is backwards compatible.

Alpheus AFP Parser is a library and parser for the IBM Advanced Function Presentation (AFP) document/print stream format. Alpheus covers all AFP specifications: MO:DCA, BCOCA, CMOCA, FOCA, GOCA, IOCA, and PTOCA. It is a complete implementation. Every Structured Field, Repeating Group, and Triplet is fully implemented as Java class. Alpheus AFP Parser was written from scratch and has no external dependencies. Rserve is a TCP/IP server which allows other programs to use facilities of R (see www.r-project.org) from various languages without the need to initialize R or link against R library. Every connection has a separate workspace and working directory. Client-side implementations are available for popular languages such as C/C++, PHP and Java. Rserve supports remote connection, authentication and file transfer. Typical use is to integrate R backend for computation of statstical models, plots etc. in other applications.

Reco4j is an open source project aims at developing a recommendation framework based on graph data sources. We choose graph databases for several reasons. They are NoSQL databases, so "schemaless". This means that it is possible to extend the basic data structure with intermediate information, i.e. similarity value between item and so on. Moreover, since every information is expressed with properties, nodes and relations, the recommendation process can be customized to work on every graph. Reco4j can be used on every graph where "user" and "item" is represented by node and the preferences are modelled as relationship between them. Current implementation leverage on Neo4j as first graph database integrated in our framework.

The goal of quality-test is to provide a small Java library for basic code quality checks within unit tests. It is discouraged to use quality-test in production code. The checks provided in this library are designed to be used in unit-tests. The checks and utilities provided in this package check static properties of classes, for example whether classes are marked final or constructors are private. Additionally, there are utils to give additional code coverage for private constructors. Quality-Test often can be used together with Google Reflections (http://code.google.com/p/reflections/) to perform checks such as, assure that every class in package *.dto.* is final or make sure that no class in the package *.controller.* contains any non-final static variables.
