Babylon is a tool to gather messages, and their translations from property files. It performs a round-trip consisting of two phases: export phase and import phase. In the export phase the messages are written to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. A translator will then fill in the missing translations. In the import phase, the spreadsheet (with the missing translations filled out by a translator) is examined, and the newly translated messages are used to update the respective translation property files. Also, the state of the translation, snapshot, is written out to a disk in the form of JSON file. Babylon can be run as a Maven plugin or as a standalone console application.

This API determines the holidays for a given year, country/name and eventually state/region. The holiday data is stored in XML files (one for each country) and will be read from the classpath. You can provide your own holiday calendar XML file or use any of the provided ones. Currently there are 63 countries supported like the following: United States, most european countries, Russia, India, Australia. Besides those there will be more special calendars like currently existing NYSE calendar (New York Stock Exchange).

Bundle with a synchronous activator which will install OGEMA resources from XML (.ogx) or JSON (.ogj) files located in config/resources (default). This requires a running OGEMA framework when the bundle is started and enables the installation of basic resources before other applications are activated. Also adds a service for felix fileinstall that will install such resource files. Files installed through fileinstall will be reinstalled when they are updated or when a newer version of an installed file is found after a restart (using the file's last modification timestamp). Files installed from the configuration directory will only be reinstalled on a restart, if they have been changed.
