Helping synchronization between clients and servers accross a network. The client is expected to have pushed its changes to the server and then requests the library to pull changes from the server. Clients of the library must provide on the server a way to serialize items and an endpoint, as well as a way to deserialize items and to access the server endpoint on the client. The algorithm requires O(log(n)) roundtrips to the server and consumes a total bandwidth of O(n) where n is the number of items which changed on the server since the last synchronization

Exclude files from analysis based on a cutoff date threshold. Any source file that was last modified prior to the configured cutoff date is excluded. This can be useful when you want to analyze the work done on an existing code base and measure the quality of new code/changes only. This way previous phases of the project will not impact the analysis.

Bundle with a synchronous activator which will install OGEMA resources from XML (.ogx) or JSON (.ogj) files located in config/resources (default). This requires a running OGEMA framework when the bundle is started and enables the installation of basic resources before other applications are activated. Also adds a service for felix fileinstall that will install such resource files. Files installed through fileinstall will be reinstalled when they are updated or when a newer version of an installed file is found after a restart (using the file's last modification timestamp). Files installed from the configuration directory will only be reinstalled on a restart, if they have been changed.
