This nifi-utils module should be a general purpose place to store widely and generally useful functions that any component might want to leverage. NO DEPENDENCIES should be added. This module is likely to be leveraged by every extension and should not bring along any other dependencies. The only dependency intended is the nifi-api and even this is expected to be already provided in any case where it would be used. The typical place this util would be found is within a nar and all nars already have nifi-api as a parent dependency. The nifi-api can be thought of as a NiFi Application Container level dependency.

This module was created to fix issue DIRSHARED-91 where the embedded Felix instance inside the default LdapCodecService implementation was making it very problematic to deploy the ldap-codec inside an RCP (OSGi) environment and hence Apache Directory Studio could not use it. This module is most likely temporary and will disappear once we are fully OSGi enabled. This module is a plain old jar, not a bundle to avoid accidental reuse as an OSGi module because it contains the version of the LdapCodecService that embeds Felix to make controls and extended ops pluggable in the codec.

This project is a resource for the JCoRe Linnaeus Annotator. The dictionaries contained herein are used for the recognition of concrete species names in text, e.g. "human", "mouse", "n. furzeri", "c. elegans" etc as well as species hints, i.e. indirect clues to a species like the word "patient" which most likely refers to a human. Additionally to such rather clear proxies, this project also includes a small dictionary containing maximum-frequency-proxies for genus expressions like "Drosophila" which will be mapped to "D. melanogaster". For the task of only finding concrete species names in text, there is the project jcore-linnaeus-species-ae-species-dict.

This is client side library for forker, and the one you most likely want to use in your own applications. It provides the ProcessBuilder replacement, ForkerBuilder, as well the helpers in OSCommand. ForkerBuilder is capable of launching processes using non-blocking I/O or attached to a PTY. It has many additional features not available in the standard process builder including permission elevation, daemonize, processor affinity and more. We observe a true causation signal by generating random correlations over same events at different time and back propagate these scores to their most connected events.
