The ONNX Runtime Mobile package is a size optimized inference library for executing ONNX (Open Neural Network Exchange) models on Android. This package is built from the open source inference engine but with reduced disk footprint targeting mobile platforms. To minimize binary size this library supports a reduced set of operators and types aligned to typical mobile applications. Allows opening the currently edited file in an external editor. <p> Its main purpose is to open the currently edited file at the exact same cursor position as in Netbeans to execute some complex editing action that is not easily possible within Netbeans itself. <p> The command to open the file in an external editor must be supplied by the user and allows placeholders to specify the location of the cursor to be able to jump to the same location of the cursor in Netbeans' editor. <p> A fallback command can be specified for opening file for which no editor window is open. This command doesn't support all the placeholders, but allows editing a file directly from the Projects nodes.

A very simple, no-dependencies drawing API providing some primitive operations including lines, rectangles, circles, ellipses, arcs. It doesn't actually draw TO anything, you must provide your own implementation of Backing to actually paint the pixels. This project is intended for use with Snake, my project for Razer devices on Linux, but is made available in case others may find it useful. It doesn't have anything fancy like anti-alias, transformations or even line widths, contributions welcome though!

This module allows you to enable suppressions for turning off warnings about Restricted APIs. !!!WARNING!!! Classes are marked as @Restricted for a reason and this module should not be used lightly! It implies that the author does not intend for them to be used outside their defined scope and as such they may be changed/modified/removed at any stage without warning. A simple upgrade of the dependency may break your module. Use at your own risk. You should try to not use @Restricted classes in the first place, but if you _must_ use them, this is a less-brutal approach than just disabling the access-modifier-checker entirely

Package for loading a directory containing MRI data in NIfTI format. The directory to be loaded must contain as many subdirectories as there are classes of MRI data. Each subdirectory name will be used as the class label for the corresponding .nii files in that subdirectory. (This is the same strategy as the one used by WEKA's TextDirectoryLoader.) Currently, the package only reads volume information for the first time slot from each .nii file. The readDoubleVol(short ttt) method from the Nifti1Dataset class (http://niftilib.sourceforge.net/java_api_html/Nifti1Dataset.html) is used to read the data for each volume into a sparse WEKA instance (with ttt=0). For an LxMxN volume (the dimensions must be the same for each .nii file in the directory!), the order of values in the generated instance is [(z_1, y_1, x_1), ..., (z_1, y_1, x_L), (z_1, y_2, x_1), ..., (z_1, y_M, x_L), (z_2, y_1, x_1), ..., (z_N, y_M, x_L)]. If the volume is an image, then only x and y coordinates are used.

This is the main aggregator for all implementation code shared between modules. Each module contains one or more service interfaces, exposed statically using "X_" prefixed classes. Core modules will define their API interfaces, their static accessor, and often a "plain-jre" default implementation which can be replaced by injection override. There must be zero external dependencies in any core modules. A low-performance, low-feature default is preferred over thick, dependency-ridden shared inherits.

Provides basic support of servlet filter. Boilerplate code etc. It provides a boilerplate implementation of the Filter interface. The GenericFilter provides a getter and setter for the FilterConfig object and ensures that this is set when init is called. The init method also calls the configureFilter method after the FilterConfig object is set and can be used by subclasses to process the filter config during initiation. It also provides an empty implementation of the destory method. The only method that requires implementation is the doFilter method. The GenericHTTPFilter extends the GenericFilter class, it provides a doFilter method that attempts to cast the ServletRequest and ServletResponse objects to HttpServletRequest and HttpServletResponse objects. If these objects can be cast successfuly then it calls the doHTTPFilter method and passes the cast objects references. If the objects cannot be cast a ServletException is thrown. The doHTTPFilter method is abstract and must be implemented by subclasses.

This library aims to provide a central access point to the services exposed on the ESB without forcing each part of the system to know the actual location of the ESB and the names of the exposed endpoints. For this sake it allows to map service URI (ie referring to service in webLab taxonomy) to the actual exposed URL on the ESB within the context of a specific project. The library and the configuration should be added in portal lib in order to be central and available to any portlets. The mapping is done in a simple spring config file "webLabClient.xml" which must be accessible in JAVA classpath.
