Provides modules that bring language support for Japanese using the Solr/Lucene kuromoji analyzer. This includes a (1) Bundle providing the Solr Analyzer; (2) an NLP processing Engine that Tokenizes, detects sentences, POS taggs, extracts Named Entities and Lemmatizes Japanese text (3) an LabelTokenizer needed to match tokens of the analyzed text with the labels of Entities in the matched vocabularies.

This module forms the main component of the ontology-based named entity recognition (NER). It can store arbitrary directed ontology graphs and supports multiple labels (ontological surface forms) per ontology graph node. It implements an easy to use class NamedEntityRecognition which can be used to (fuzzily) find the ontology instances in the text. This module has no dependencies.

This composite contains a restricted version of easyb-core, so that people can depend on named releases of easyb without having to keep a version range of easyb-core if they so wish. It provides compatibility with existing uses of easyb, and easyb versioning (0.9x). It is *recommended* that people stop using this artefact and instead use the easyb-core with a version range of [1,2] so updated bug fixes and feature releases flow in.

This project has a lot of business classes to work with genes and related named entities. Genes are part of a GeneDocument and may have gold IDs as well as mapped/predicted IDs. Another large part are species because most (all?) gene ID databases are species specific. So there are also classes or members to represent species mentions and the assignment of species IDs (taxonomy IDs) to genes. There is little to no business logic herein. This project is only useful as building block in other projects dealing with species assignment, gene ID mapping or similar efforts.

Bond is a small library that can be used to spy values and mock functions during tests. Spying is a replacement for writing the assertEquals in your test, which are tedious to write and even more tedious to update whem your test setup or code inevitably changes. With Bond, you separate what is being verified, e.g., the variable named output, from what value it should have. This way you can quickly spy several variables, even have structured values such as lists or dictionaries, and these values are saved into an observation log that is saved for future reference. If the test observations are different you have the option to interact with a console or visual tool to see what has changed, and whether the reference set of observations need to be updated.

Keystone project is a bootstrap that loads your application and its dependencies from a single archive. With his maven plugin and few line of configuration, your application will be available with all his dependencies in a single archive. This plugin provides integration between Spring and Maven. Plugin goals support loading a Spring context XML file as part of the Maven build lifecycle. The XML file can be on the local file system or be accessible via any URL Spring's resource loading mechanism can understand. Spring's "classpath:context.xml" style notation is supported. Annotated Java classes can also be used to load a Spring context. Maven properties are injected into the Spring context (both XML and annotation style) as a java.util.Properties bean named "mavenProperties". Maven properties are also registered as a top level PropertySource so that Spring's placeholder resolution framework automatically considers them. A simple templating system for java codegen. This library includes an object-oriented, fluent source writing api, for a chained, intuitive codegen api. It also includes a template processor which can take java source files formatted with "magic comments", to allow simple mapping of GeneratorClass#generatorMethod() to inject dynamic source content. //@generateWith(GeneratorClass)// -Sets the current generator. You may use as many as you please //generatorMethod(arbitrary-string-data-you-may-want-to-parse)// -invokes the named method on the current injector, with any text (between brackets) sent as a string This allows you to markup default source with hooks where you may want to inject arbitrary code. It is especially useful for generating super-source in gwt compiles; changes to the default class are propagated to overrides.
