This is client side library for forker, and the one you most likely want to use in your own applications. It provides the ProcessBuilder replacement, ForkerBuilder, as well the helpers in OSCommand. ForkerBuilder is capable of launching processes using non-blocking I/O or attached to a PTY. It has many additional features not available in the standard process builder including permission elevation, daemonize, processor affinity and more. TagSoup is a SAX-compliant parser written in Java that, instead of parsing well-formed or valid XML, parses HTML as it is found in the wild: poor, nasty and brutish, though quite often far from short. TagSoup is designed for people who have to process this stuff using some semblance of a rational application design. By providing a SAX interface, it allows standard XML tools to be applied to even the worst HTML. TagSoup also includes a command-line processor that reads HTML files and can generate either clean HTML or well-formed XML that is a close approximation to XHTML.

This Tool provides the means to monitor the performance of Spring Batch applications without the need to manipulate the respective code basis. Through Listeners and AOP it evaluates the throughput of a monitored Job and writes the result to a simble database-schema (a file-based H2 by default). A simple templating system for java codegen. This library includes an object-oriented, fluent source writing api, for a chained, intuitive codegen api. It also includes a template processor which can take java source files formatted with "magic comments", to allow simple mapping of GeneratorClass#generatorMethod() to inject dynamic source content. //@generateWith(GeneratorClass)// -Sets the current generator. You may use as many as you please //generatorMethod(arbitrary-string-data-you-may-want-to-parse)// -invokes the named method on the current injector, with any text (between brackets) sent as a string This allows you to markup default source with hooks where you may want to inject arbitrary code. It is especially useful for generating super-source in gwt compiles; changes to the default class are propagated to overrides.

This project is a GUI utility for processing files. It allows selecting a set of source files and a pipeline of processes to apply onto those files. The applications shows in a nice-looking user interface where you can define profiles for your repetitive tasks. It provides pre-defined processors doing usual file manipulation tasks like: Copy, Head, Tail, Chunk, Search, Replace, Zip, Unzip... But the biggest value of this file processor tool is the ability to add easily custom file processors written in java.

R can use RJava or jsr223 to communicate with java. R also has a class system called R6. If you want to use a java library with native rJava or jsr223 in R there is potentially a lot of glue code needed, and R library specific packaging configuration required. However if you don't mind writing an R-centric API in Java you can generate all of this glue code using a few java annotations and the normal javadoc annotations. This plugin aims to provide an annotation processor that writes that glue code and creates a fairly transparent connection between Java code and R code, with a minimum of hard work. The focus of this is streamlining the creation of R libraries by Java developers, rather than allowing access to arbitrary Java code from R. The ultimate aim of this plugin to allow java developers to provide simple APIs for their libraries, package their library using Maven, push it to github and for that to become seamlessly available as an R library, with a minimal amount of fuss. A focus is on trying to produce CI ready libraries tested with Github workflows and ready for CRAN submission.

Xerces2 is the next generation of high performance, fully compliant XML parsers in the Apache Xerces family. This new version of Xerces introduces the Xerces Native Interface (XNI), a complete framework for building parser components and configurations that is extremely modular and easy to program. The Apache Xerces2 parser is the reference implementation of XNI but other parser components, configurations, and parsers can be written using the Xerces Native Interface. For complete design and implementation documents, refer to the XNI Manual. Xerces2 is a fully conforming XML Schema 1.0 processor. A partial experimental implementation of the XML Schema 1.1 Structures and Datatypes Working Drafts (December 2009) and an experimental implementation of the XML Schema Definition Language (XSD): Component Designators (SCD) Candidate Recommendation (January 2010) are provided for evaluation. Xerces2 also provides a complete implementation of the Document Object Model Level 3 Core and Load/Save W3C Recommendations and provides a complete implementation of the XML Inclusions (XInclude) W3C Recommendation. It also provides support for OASIS XML Catalogs v1.1. Xerces2 is able to parse documents written according to the XML 1.1 Recommendation, except that it does not yet provide an option to enable normalization checking as described in section 2.13 of this specification. It also handles namespaces according to the XML Namespaces 1.1 Recommendation, and will correctly serialize XML 1.1 documents if the DOM level 3 load/save APIs are in use.
