james-project from group org.apache.james (version 3.8.1)

The Apache Java Enterprise Mail Server (a.k.a. Apache James) is a 100% pure Java SMTP, IMAP, JMAP and POP3 Mail server. We have designed James to be a complete and portable enterprise mail engine solution based on currently available open protocols. James is also a mail application platform. We have developed a Java API to let you write Java code to process emails that we call the mailet API. A mailet can generate an automatic reply, update a database, prevent spam, build a message archive, or whatever you can imagine. A matcher determines whether your mailet should process an email in the server. The James project hosts the Mailet API, and James provides an implementation of this mail application platform API.

jart from group io.jart (version 0.0.4)

JARTs are Java-based Asynchronous Real Time sockets. JART uses JNA to build a pure Java TCP/IP stack upon Netmap. It is implemented in imperative style (no TCP state machine) using asynchronous programming with the help of ea-async. JART runs on both Linux (with the proper Netmap kernel module) and FreeBSD with Netmap enabled. FreeBSD 12.1+ has Netmap in the kernel by default so it works "out of the box". While JART has proven fairly robust in limited testing, it is still a work-in-progress and may not be suitable for production use. Pull requests welcome!

JTransforms from group org.openimaj (version 1.3.10)

JTransforms is the first, open source, multithreaded FFT library written in pure Java. Currently, four types of transforms are available: Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT), Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT), Discrete Sine Transform (DST) and Discrete Hartley Transform (DHT). The code is derived from General Purpose FFT Package written by Takuya Ooura and from Java FFTPack written by Baoshe Zhang. This version has been modified to daemonize threads and stop any application using the library waiting after execution has finished, and is based on revision 29 of the svn version of the code from 2014-05-18.

maj from group io.github.tallencewassimakachi (version 1.0.0)

The MAJ API was written by Richard Cartwright, with the help and support of Guillaume Belrose and Fang Ren. To contact the author, please raise an issue. The software is provided AS IS with no warranty whatsoever. The MAJ API (pronounced madge) is a pure Java API for creating, reading, manipulating and writing MXF (SMPTE ST 377), AAF structured storage and Reg-XML (SMPTE ST 2001) files. MXF files are commonly used as a container for professional media file formats and AAF is supported by a number of professional video editing packages. MXF and Reg-XML are used as part of the Interoperable Mastering Format suite of specifications.

sshapi-ganymed from group com.sshtools (version 1.1.2)

Ganymed SSH-2 for Java is a library which implements the SSH-2 protocol in pure Java (tested on J2SE 1.4.2 and 5.0). It allows one to connect to SSH servers from within Java programs. It supports SSH sessions (remote command execution and shell access), local and remote port forwarding, local stream forwarding, X11 forwarding, SCP and SFTP. There are no dependencies on any JCE provider, as all crypto functionality is included. Originally, Ganymed SSH-2 for Java was developed for the Ganymed replication project at ETH Zurich (Switzerland). Downloads and more information about JSch may be found at http://www.cleondris.ch/opensource/ssh2/. This library is the provider bridge for SSHAPI.

ridor from group nz.ac.waikato.cms.weka (version 1.0.2)

An implementation of a RIpple-DOwn Rule learner. It generates a default rule first and then the exceptions for the default rule with the least (weighted) error rate. Then it generates the "best" exceptions for each exception and iterates until pure. Thus it performs a tree-like expansion of exceptions. The exceptions are a set of rules that predict classes other than the default. IREP is used to generate the exceptions. For more information about Ripple-Down Rules, see: Brian R. Gaines, Paul Compton (1995). Induction of Ripple-Down Rules Applied to Modeling Large Databases. J. Intell. Inf. Syst. 5(3):211-228.
