oodt-xmlquery from group org.apache.oodt (version 1.0)

This component provides a way to express queries in a generic manner. Its centerpiece is a class called XMLQuery that uses boolean postfix expressions to capture the domain, range, and constraint of a query, regardless of the source of the query (SQL, keyword query, etc.). It can also encapsulate the results of a query. It's used by many other components as the standard way to pass a query and its results between servers, clients, nodes, and other components.

jackrabbit-ocm from group org.apache (version 2.0.0)

This Jackrabbit subproject is an object/JCR persistence and query service. This tools lets you to persist java objects into a JCR compliant repository - including association, inheritance, polymorphism, composition, and the Java collections framework. Furthermore, this jcr-mapping allows you to express queries in Java-based Criteria, as well as in JCR query language. It offers also features like version support and object locking.

orajsoda from group com.oracle.database.soda (version 1.1.7.3)

SODA for Java is a library for writing Java apps that work with JSON (and not only JSON!) in the Oracle Database. SODA allows your Java app to use the Oracle Database as a NoSQL document store. You can use SODA to perform create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) operations on JSON documents, as well as arbitrary binary documents (images, PDFs, mp3s, etc). For all types of documents, CRUD operations are driven by keys (each document in SODA has a unique key). For JSON documents, in addition to keys, operations can be driven by easy to use pattern-like queries knowns as QBEs (queries-by-example).

oracletohivemigrator_2.12 from group io.github.queukat (version 2.0)

The Spark Universal Migrator is a data migration Spark application that fetches data from an Oracle database and stores it in a Hive database. It utilizes JDBC to connect to Oracle, processes and converts the data into a Hive-compatible schema, and then transfers it to Hive. The migration process employs iterators to generate queries for data retrieval and utilizes a BlockingQueue in conjunction with a ThreadPoolExecutor for parallel processing of data. Additionally, the application incorporates an Oracle connection pool to efficiently manage and reuse database connections, further optimizing performance and resource utilization during the migration process.

smartcommit-jdbc from group com.github.olavloite (version 1.0)

Smart Commit JDBC Driver enables 'smartcommit' mode for all JDBC drivers. In Smart Commit mode a JDBC connection will execute all queries in autocommit mode until it encounters a write operations. From the first write operation until the following commit or rollback, the connection will operate in transactional mode. It will then switch back to autocommit and remain in autocommit until it once again encounters a write operation. Using a JDBC connection in Smart Commit mode will reduce the number of read locks needed. Operating a JDBC connection in Smart Commit mode effectively reduces the isolation level of a transaction to READ_COMMITTED for all queries that are executed *BEFORE* a write operation in a transaction. All queries that are executed *AFTER* a write operation in a transaction, will be executed using the configured isolation level of the JDBC connection.

protempa from group org.eurekaclinical (version 5.2-Alpha-2)

Protempa supports the construction of software systems for querying clinical databases, summarizing patient data, detecting clinically significant data patterns in groups of patients or individual patients, and extract, transform and load (ETL). Its special feature, temporal abstraction, supports queries and summarization of data in terms of temporal patterns. Temporal patterns enable robust querying and extraction of clinical history. These patterns include frequencies (at least two, three, etc. of some event or observation); sequences (chemotherapy followed by surgery within 180 days, a hospital encounter followed by another hospital encounter within 30 days); and overlaps (falling platelet counts in the setting of HELLP syndrome).

javautil from group org.eurekaclinical (version 4.5)

JavaUtil is a utility library to speed the development of Java software. We developed it over multiple years during our internal development efforts, and it has reached a point of stability where we have decided to make it available to the outside world. The JavaUtil package aims to fill in the gaps of the Apache Commons and similar utility libraries out there. Features include convenience classes for string, collections, arrays, dates, iterators, colors, logging, unit testing, a little bit of basic statistics, database queries, caching and more.
