WSClient from group org.simple4j (version 1.1.2)
This is a simple Web Service Client library to call wide variety of web service behind HTTP.
In theory it can support any interface or payload.
On the request side, to convert java object to HTTP request components (URL, headers, body),
templating is used which allows it to call XML, JSON, SOAP, REST or anyother custom interface.
On the response side, it uses pluggable parser and a mapper to only extract the fields that are
of interest for the client program. The parser currently supports JSON and XML and returns a collections tree.

box from group edu.byu.hbll.box (version 1.3.5)
Box is an add-on framework for Java EE applications that performs asynchronous gathering of source data with subsequent processing or transformation of that data into output JSON documents and exposing those documents through a web API. Box excels at maintaining existing documents including keeping them up-to-date in real time and deleting them when required. Box supports aggregating data from multiple sources as well as splitting data into multiple documents. How documents are processed is left up to each application. The web api makes the documents available by ID or by harvesting all documents. Harvests can be filtered using facets and documents can be pared down by requesting only needed fields.

sshapi-ganymed from group com.sshtools (version 1.1.2)
Ganymed SSH-2 for Java is a library which implements the SSH-2 protocol in pure Java (tested on J2SE 1.4.2 and 5.0). It allows one to connect to SSH servers from within Java programs. It supports SSH sessions (remote command execution and shell access), local and remote port forwarding, local stream forwarding, X11 forwarding, SCP and SFTP. There are no dependencies on any JCE provider, as all crypto functionality is included.
Originally, Ganymed SSH-2 for Java was developed for the Ganymed replication project at ETH Zurich (Switzerland).
Downloads and more information about JSch may be found at http://www.cleondris.ch/opensource/ssh2/.
This library is the provider bridge for SSHAPI.

torodb-parent from group com.torodb (version 0.40)
ToroDB is an open source project that turns your RDBMS into a
MongoDB-compatible server, supporting the MongoDB query API and
MongoDB's replication, but storing your data into a reliable and trusted
ACID database. ToroDB currently supports PostgreSQL as a backend, but
others will be added in the future.
ToroDB natively implements the MongoDB protocol, so you can use it with
MongoDB tools and drivers, and features a document-to-relational mapping
algorithm that transforms the JSON documents into relational tables.
ToroDB also offers a native SQL layer and automatic data normalization
and partitioning based on JSON documents' implicit schema.

SEWOL from group de.uni.freiburg.iig.telematik (version 1.0.2)
SEWOL provides support for the handling of workflow traces. Specifically it allows to specify the shape and content of process traces in terms of entries representing the execution of a specific workflow activity. SEWOL also allows to write these traces on disk as a log file with the help of a special file writer for process logs. Currently it supports plain text, Petrify, MXML and XES log file types. In order to specify security-related context information, SEWOL provides access control models such as access control lists (ACL) and role-based access control models (RBAC). All types of models can be conveniently edited with the help of appropriate dialogs.

SEPIA from group de.uni.freiburg.iig.telematik (version 1.0.2)
SEPIA provides implementations for various types of Petri nets. Along Place/Transition-nets, it supports Petri nets with distinguishable token colors and defines coloured workflow nets, where coloured tokens are interpreted as data elements used during process execution. To support information flow analysis of processes, SEPIA defines so-called IF-Nets, tailored for security-oriented workflow modeling which enable users to assign security-levels (HIGH, LOW) to transitions, data elements and persons/agents participating in the process execution.

ks-server-http from group eu.fbk.knowledgestore (version 1.7.1)
The HTTP server module (ks-server-http) implements the Web API of
the KnowledgeStore, which includes the two CRUD and SPARQL endpoints.
The CRUD Endpoint supports the retrieval and manipulation of
semi-structured data about resource, mention, entity and axiom records
(encoded in RDF, possibly using JSONLD), and the upload / download of
resource representation. The SPARQL Endpoint supports SPARQL SELECT,
CONSTRUCT, DESCRIBE and ASK queries according to the W3C SPARQL
protocol. The two endpoints are implemented on top of a component
implementing the KnowledgeStore Java API (the Store interface), which
can be either the the KnowledgeStore frontend (ks-frontend) or the Java
Client. The implementation of the module is based on the Jetty Web sever
(run in embedded mode) and the Jersey JAX-RS implementation. Reference
documentation of the Web API is automatically generated using the
Enunciate tool.

ujmp from group org.ujmp (version 0.3.0)
The Universal Java Matrix Package (UJMP) is an open source library for dense and sparse matrix computations and
linear algebra in Java. In addition to the basic operations like matrix multiplication, matrix inverse or
decomposition methods, it also supports visualization, JDBC import/export and many other useful functions such
as mean, correlation, standard deviation, mutual information, or the replacement of missing values.
It's a swiss army knife for data processing in Java, tailored to machine learning applications.
