StartWithEncryptionKey

InstancesStartWithEncryptionKeyRequest content)
Starts an instance that was stopped using the instances().stop method. For more information,
see Restart an instance.
Create a request for the method "instances.startWithEncryptionKey".
This request holds the parameters needed by the the compute server. After setting any optional
parameters, call the AbstractGoogleClientRequest.execute()
method to invoke the remote
operation. StartWithEncryptionKey#initialize(com.google.api.client.googleapis.servic
es.AbstractGoogleClientRequest)
must be called to initialize this instance immediately after
invoking the constructor.
