jadort from group org.ow2.jasmine (version 1.6.3)
The JASMINe Deployment Orchestration Tool (JaDOrT) is a tool for orchestrating the deployment of Java EE applications or OSGi
bundles (including uploading, activation and version management), maintenance on a group of JOnAS, Glassfish, JBoss, WebLogic
and/or WebSphere servers as well as virtual machines (including Hyper-V, VMWare and Xen; but also many other thanks to the
LibVirt support).
It gives the user a global view on the deployment operation's state, lets the user undo or redo any action, check for errors
and persists all information for later analysis.

nekodtd from group nekohtml (version 0.1.11)
NekoDTD is a configuration that parses Document Type Definition (DTD) files and converts the information into an XML document. This representation can then be processed using standard XML processors and applications to perform grammar analysis, convert the DTD into other grammar formats, etc. For example, using an XSLT stylesheet, the XML representation of the DTD can be converted to an equivalent XML Schema or Relax NG grammar. The NekoDTD parser configuration is written using the Xerces Native Interface (XNI) that is the foundation of the Xerces2 implementation. This enables you to use NekoDTD with existing XNI tools without modification or rewriting code.

patrius from group fr.cnes.sirius.patrius (version 4.8.1)
PATRIUS is a core space dynamics Java library that enables to quickly develop high level algorithms such as orbit extrapolator. PATRIUS contains several sub-libraries that work together and cover low level classes (i.e.: such as matrix, vectors, orbits parameters) as well as high level classes and interfaces (i.e.: numerical propagators, attitude laws, manoeuvers sequences).
All the main domains of space dynamics are available:
Analysis, algebra and geometry core library (quaternions, derivable functions, integrators …)
Core objects for space dynamics (dates, orbits, frames...)
Orbit propagation: analytical, semi-analytical and numerical propagators, a full set of force models
Maneuvers: impulsive or continuous thrust, sequences
Attitude: extensible set of attitude laws, sequences and guidance framework
Events: event detection (orbital, sensor events, etc.) and post-processing (chronograms)
Spacecraft: characteristics of mass, geometry (drag force), sensors field of view, etc.

preferredlistgen from group au.net.zeus.jgdms.tools (version 3.1.0)
Tool used to generate the preferred class information for downloadable JAR
files in the form of a META-INF/PREFERRED.LIST required for use by the {@link
net.jini.loader.pref.PreferredClassLoader}. The list is generated by
examining the dependencies of classes contained within a target JAR file and
zero or more additional supporting JAR files. Through various command-line
options, a set of "root" classes are identified as belonging to a public API.
These root classes provide the starting point for recursively computing a
dependency graph, finding all of the classes referenced in the public API of
the root classes, finding all of the classes referenced in turn by the public
API of those classes, and so on, until no new classes are found. The results
of the dependency analysis are combined with the preferred list information
in the additional supporting JAR files to compute a preferred list having the
smallest number of entries that describes the preferred state of the classes
and resources contained in all of the JAR files. The output of the tool is a
new version of the target JAR file containing the generated preferred list,
and/or a copy of the list printed to System.out.

intelligentgraph from group com.inova8 (version 0.9.4)
The IntelligentGraph SAIL offers an extended capability for embedded calculation support within any RDF graph. When enabled as an RDF4J SAIL, it offers calculation functionality as part of the RDF4J engine, on top of any RDF4J repository, using a variety of script engines including JavaScript, Jython, and Groovy. It preserves the SPARQL capability of RDF4J, but with additional capabilities for calculation debugging and tracing.
IntelligentGraph includes the PathQL query language. Just as a spreadsheet cell calculation needs to access other cells, an IntelligentGraph calculation needs to access other nodes within the graph. Although full access to the underlying graph is available to any of the scripts, PathQL provides a succinct, and efficient method to access directly or indirectly related nodes. PathQL can either return just the contents of the referenced nodes, or the contents and the path to the referenced nodes.
PathQL can also be used standalone to query the IntelligentGraph-enabled RDF database. This supplements, rather than replaces, SPARQL and GraphQL, as it provides graph-path querying rather than graph-pattern querying capabilities to any IntelligentGraph-enabled RDF database.
The principles of IntelligentGraph are described here: https://inova8.com/bg_inova8.com/intelligent-graph-knowledge-graph-embedded-analysis/
The full PathQL syntax is described here: https://inova8.com/bg_inova8.com/pathpatternql-intelligently-finding-knowledge-as-a-path-through-a-maze-of-facts/

jung-parent from group io.github.devlibx.jung (version 3.1)
JUNG the Java Universal Network/Graph Framework--is a software
library that provides a common and extensible language for the
modeling, analysis, and visualization of data that can be
represented as a graph or network. It is written in Java, which
allows JUNG-based applications to make use of the extensive
built-in capabilities of the Java API, as well as those of other
existing third-party Java libraries. The JUNG architecture is
designed to support a variety of representations of entities and
their relations, such as directed and undirected graphs,
multi-modal graphs, graphs with parallel edges, and hypergraphs.
It provides a mechanism for annotating graphs, entities, and
relations with metadata. This facilitates the creation of
analytic tools for complex data sets that can examine the
relations between entities as well as the metadata attached to
each entity and relation. The current distribution of JUNG
includes implementations of a number of algorithms from graph
theory, data mining, and social network analysis, such as
routines for clustering, decomposition, optimization, random
graph generation, statistical analysis, and calculation of
network distances, flows, and importance measures (centrality,
PageRank, HITS, etc.). JUNG also provides a visualization
framework that makes it easy to construct tools for the
interactive exploration of network data. Users can use one of
the layout algorithms provided, or use the framework to create
their own custom layouts. In addition, filtering mechanisms are
provided which allow users to focus their attention, or their
algorithms, on specific portions of the graph.

openimaj from group org.openimaj (version 1.3.10)
OpenIMAJ (Open Intelligent Multimedia in Java) is a collection of libraries and tools for multimedia analysis written in the Java programming language. OpenIMAJ intends to be the first truly complete multimedia analysis library and contains modules for analysing images, videos, text, audio and even webpages. The OpenIMAJ image and video analysis and feature extraction modules contain methods for processing visual content and extracting state-of-the-art features, including SIFT. The OpenIMAJ clustering and nearest-neighbour libraries contain efficient, multi-threaded implementations of clustering algorithms including Hierarchical K-Means and Approximate K-Means. The clustering library makes it possible to easily create visual-bag-of-words representations for images and video with very large vocabularies. The text-analysis modules contain implementations of a statistical language classifier and low-level processing pipeline. A number of modules deal with content creation, including interactive slideshows and animations. The hardware integration modules allow cross-platform integration with devices including webcams, the Microsoft Kinect, and even devices such as GPS's. OpenIMAJ also incorporates a number of tools to enable extremely-large-scale multimedia analysis using a distributed computing approach based on Apache Hadoop.
