Little Nanny is new type of Application to keep parents and their young children in touch. The idea is to reuse any old Smartphone (Android or iOS) as a high precision tracking device. After speaking with other parents, it was clear that there was a need for a really reliable App to help give children the freedom they need to explore and discover, while staying in touch with those who matter most. Little Nanny has a simple mission – to help kids be kids again, while giving parents an amazing new window into their children’s lives.

BRAP is a Java and Android remoting protocol that uses native Java object serialization, encapsulated in HTTP. It aims to be an alternative to Spring HttpInvoker and Spring Security especially when you don't need or want the dependencies of Spring in your client, for example when building a rich client app or an Android app where size is important. The authentication mechanism lets you use your own domain objects as credentials. Server configuration can be expressed solely in web.xml or by subclassing the ProxyServlet but there is also an optional SpringProxyServlet available for seamless Spring Integration. BRAP focuses on being easy to use, small in size (9 kb), yet powerful and extensible. The client uses a pluggable TransportProvider with default implementations for HttpURLConnection and Apache HttpClient.

JBSqlUtils es un ORM desarrollado en java por José Carlos Alfredo Bran Aguirre, que permite gestionar BD's SQLite, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL y SQLServer, de una manera fácil y rápida sin interrumpir la ejecución del hilo principal del programa, lo cual la hace un potente ORM, por medio del cual tendrá acceso a un CRUD, configurando únicamente la conexión del modelo, los atributos que posee la tabla en BD's cómo variables que pertenecerán al modelo en su aplicación. JBSqlUtils también proporciona un potente generador de instrucciones SQL que le permitirá crear o eliminar una tabla, insertar, seleccionar, actualizar o eliminar registros de una tabla en su BD's sin necesidad de instanciar un modelo cómo tal, únicamente tendrá que configurar previamente la conexión a su BD's. Lo cual la hace un potente ORM para aplicaciones android y sistemas empresariales que tengan la necesidad de poder conectarse a alguna de estas 4 tipos de BD's, cabe mencionar que para ello utiliza el SQLite JDBC de org.xerial, org.postgresql, mysql y com.microsoft.sqlserver. The Java Algebra System (JAS) is an object oriented, type safe and multi-threaded approach to computer algebra. JAS provides a well designed software library using generic types for algebraic computations implemented in the Java programming language using the JVM runtime infrastructure. The library can be used as any other Java software package or it can be used interactively or interpreted through a jython (Java Python) or jruby (Java Ruby) front end, there is also an Android App based on Ruboto (jruby for Android). The focus of JAS is at the moment on commutative, solvable and non-commutative polynomials, power series, Groebner bases, factorization, real and complex roots and applications. By the use of Java as implementation language JAS is 64-bit and multi-core CPU ready and can make use of mutiple CPUs where available. JAS can run on a wide variety of devices ranging from Android to compute clusters (using MPJ a Java Message Passing Interface (MPI) or OpenMPI).

Manipulate the board by applying transformations not affecting solution existence (i.e. rotation, reflection, permutation, swapping segments, and others). XApi is a dependency injection, service-oriented, polyglot java framework. It is comprised of standalone modules for use in web, desktop and mobile java applications. This codebase enables complete reuse of all code across your java stack, as well as the ability to easily define your own Platform, so you can build your own customized runtime environment to extend or replace existing platforms. It is currently geared towards servlets and gwt clients, but the target we are currently developing include: java, gwt [webkit, firefox, ie], javafx, playn [android, ios, flash], appengine & vert.x For Google Web Toolkit, we also include reflection support, more complete emulation of java.lang.Class, zero-overhead dependency injection, a range of code generation utilities, and even "magic-method injection" (for production compiles any method in the app can be swapped out with others based on configuration properties, or any AST mangling / code generating methods you wish to write). There is also a bytecode transformer in the works which will replace calls into the DI utility with direct references to static final factories, to allow the java compiler to completely erase all injection overhead in all java runtimes.
