Tool used to analyze a set of classes and determine on what other classes they directly or indirectly depend. Typically this tool is used to compute the necessary and sufficient set of classes to include in a JAR file, for use in the class path of a client or service, or for use in the codebase of a client or service. The tool starts with a set of "root" classes and recursively computes a dependency graph, finding all of the classes referenced directly by the root classes, finding all of the classes referenced in turn by those classes, and so on, until no new classes are found or until classes that are not of interest are found. The normal output of the tool is a list of all of the classes in the dependency graph. The output from this command can be used as input to the jar tool, to create a JAR file containing precisely those classes.

libssh is a C library that enables you to write a program that uses the SSH protocol. With it, you can remotely execute programs, transfer files, or use a secure and transparent tunnel for your remote programs. The SSH protocol is encrypted, ensures data integrity, and provides strong means of authenticating both the server of the client. The library hides a lot of technical details from the SSH protocol, but this does not mean that you should not try to know about and understand these details. This is the SSHAPI provider bridge for libssh, and uses JNA. Downloads and more information about libssh may be found at http://api.libssh.org/master/index.html. This library is deployed to SSHTools own Maven repository.

This project contains artifacts that provide utility functions for Cloud Bigtable client readers and writers in Google Cloud Dataflow. Dataflow includes a different version of the cloud bigtable client, resulting in a need to have a separation of concerns and an abstraction. More importantly, there is a need for shading and renaming of packages so that Dataflow nad bigtable-hbase-dataflow's two sets of shading (needed for a variety of reasons) don't clash with each other. This submodule does package renaming which is needed for bigtable-hbase-dataflow and alleviates some issues related to developing that module.

TrueZIP is a Java based virtual file system (VFS) which enables client applications to perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations on archive files as if they were virtual directories, even with nested archive files in multithreaded environments. As a library, TrueZIP provides simple, uniform, transparent, thread-safe, read/write access to archive files as if they were virtual directories in a file system path. As a framework, TrueZIP provides the interfaces and classes to write file system drivers which plug-in to its federated file system space.

The HTTP server module (ks-server-http) implements the Web API of the KnowledgeStore, which includes the two CRUD and SPARQL endpoints. The CRUD Endpoint supports the retrieval and manipulation of semi-structured data about resource, mention, entity and axiom records (encoded in RDF, possibly using JSONLD), and the upload / download of resource representation. The SPARQL Endpoint supports SPARQL SELECT, CONSTRUCT, DESCRIBE and ASK queries according to the W3C SPARQL protocol. The two endpoints are implemented on top of a component implementing the KnowledgeStore Java API (the Store interface), which can be either the the KnowledgeStore frontend (ks-frontend) or the Java Client. The implementation of the module is based on the Jetty Web sever (run in embedded mode) and the Jersey JAX-RS implementation. Reference documentation of the Web API is automatically generated using the Enunciate tool.

GWTUpload is a library for uploading files to web servers, showing a progress bar with real information about the process (file size, bytes transferred, etc). It uses ajax requests to ask the web server for the upload progress. It has two components written in java, the server side with servlet and utility classes, and the client side that is compiled into javascript using gwt. GWTUpload-gae is a library with aditional classes needed for using GwtUpload in Google Application Engine (GAE). JSUpload is the client library but compiled and exported into javascript, so users without Gwt skills can use it directly in their web pages. It includes a bunch of useful examples to learn how to use the library and see its features.

Rserve is a TCP/IP server which allows other programs to use facilities of R (see www.r-project.org) from various languages without the need to initialize R or link against R library. Every connection has a separate workspace and working directory. Client-side implementations are available for popular languages such as C/C++, PHP and Java. Rserve supports remote connection, authentication and file transfer. Typical use is to integrate R backend for computation of statstical models, plots etc. in other applications.
