Morphia is an Object-Document Mapper, written in Java for MongoDB. Application developer authoring code in Java and using the mongo-java-driver can use Morphia to map POJO classes into MongoDB documents and vice-versa. Morphia provides a Datastore, Query, and DAO-style interfaces including CRUD services in a type-safe manner.

SODA for Java is a library for writing Java apps that work with JSON (and not only JSON!) in the Oracle Database. SODA allows your Java app to use the Oracle Database as a NoSQL document store. You can use SODA to perform create, read, update, and delete (CRUD) operations on JSON documents, as well as arbitrary binary documents (images, PDFs, mp3s, etc). For all types of documents, CRUD operations are driven by keys (each document in SODA has a unique key). For JSON documents, in addition to keys, operations can be driven by easy to use pattern-like queries knowns as QBEs (queries-by-example).

TrueZIP is a Java based virtual file system (VFS) which enables client applications to perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations on archive files as if they were virtual directories, even with nested archive files in multithreaded environments. As a library, TrueZIP provides simple, uniform, transparent, thread-safe, read/write access to archive files as if they were virtual directories in a file system path. As a framework, TrueZIP provides the interfaces and classes to write file system drivers which plug-in to its federated file system space.

The HTTP server module (ks-server-http) implements the Web API of the KnowledgeStore, which includes the two CRUD and SPARQL endpoints. The CRUD Endpoint supports the retrieval and manipulation of semi-structured data about resource, mention, entity and axiom records (encoded in RDF, possibly using JSONLD), and the upload / download of resource representation. The SPARQL Endpoint supports SPARQL SELECT, CONSTRUCT, DESCRIBE and ASK queries according to the W3C SPARQL protocol. The two endpoints are implemented on top of a component implementing the KnowledgeStore Java API (the Store interface), which can be either the the KnowledgeStore frontend (ks-frontend) or the Java Client. The implementation of the module is based on the Jetty Web sever (run in embedded mode) and the Jersey JAX-RS implementation. Reference documentation of the Web API is automatically generated using the Enunciate tool.

JBSqlUtils es un ORM desarrollado en java por José Carlos Alfredo Bran Aguirre, que permite gestionar BD's SQLite, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL y SQLServer, de una manera fácil y rápida sin interrumpir la ejecución del hilo principal del programa, lo cual la hace un potente ORM, por medio del cual tendrá acceso a un CRUD, configurando únicamente la conexión del modelo, los atributos que posee la tabla en BD's cómo variables que pertenecerán al modelo en su aplicación. JBSqlUtils también proporciona un potente generador de instrucciones SQL que le permitirá crear o eliminar una tabla, insertar, seleccionar, actualizar o eliminar registros de una tabla en su BD's sin necesidad de instanciar un modelo cómo tal, únicamente tendrá que configurar previamente la conexión a su BD's.
