This powerful reporting library aims to simplify producing reports using iText. The most demanding and coding intensive tasks when producing reports with iText are how to get from data to report elements, how to style those blocks and how to evaluate (debug) the resulting report layout. Exactly those three tasks are simplified by this library: xml configuration and/or annotations to transform existing Java data objects into report block, provide styling information (css like, syntax independent) seperate from code, a firebug like debug mode to help evaluate your report.

MASSIS is a framework that facilitates the simulation of scenarios with multiple agents (representing people, robots, sensors, etc.) in indoor environments (i.e., in a building). MASSIS provides support for designing spaces and specifying the behavior of the elements and agents in them It is possible to define a great diversity of behaviours, from a simple sensor to the decisions of a person. MASSIS has been designed to keep this flexibility withough hindering performance. The framework is capable of supporting thousands of agents, each one with an specific behavior.

SEPIA provides implementations for various types of Petri nets. Along Place/Transition-nets, it supports Petri nets with distinguishable token colors and defines coloured workflow nets, where coloured tokens are interpreted as data elements used during process execution. To support information flow analysis of processes, SEPIA defines so-called IF-Nets, tailored for security-oriented workflow modeling which enable users to assign security-levels (HIGH, LOW) to transitions, data elements and persons/agents participating in the process execution.

This is the tonic look-and-feel packaged to be distributed with the SQuirreLSQL client. This module defines the interfaces for Comparators in the TCS Alignment Toolbox. A Comparator has the purpose of defining the dissimilarity between elements in the input sequences of an Alignment. More specific information on Comparators can be found in the 'Comparator' interface. You can find a lot of helpful standard implementations of Comparators in the comparators-lib module. In the TCS Alignment Toolbox we require the output values of Comparators to lie in the range [0,1]. Many natural dissimilarities on value sets do not meet this criterion, such that additional normalization has to be applied. To that end this package also contains a Normalizer interface for functions that map real values from the range [0, infinity) to the range [0,1]. This package also provides a few convenience implementations of the Comparator interface to make the implementation of custom Comparators simpler, namely: SkipExtendedComparator, ParameterLessSkipExtendedComparator, ComparisonBasedSkipExtendedComparator, and ParameterLessComparisonBasedSkipExtendedComparator. Finally the TCS Alignment Toolbox also provides the means to learn parameters of Comparators. To enable that Comparators must implement the DerivableComparator interface to properly define the parameters that can be learned and the gradient of the dissimilarity with respect to these parameters. Gradients are stored using the Gradient interface as well as some convenience implementations of said interface, namely EmptyGradient, SingletonGradient, ArrayGradient and ListGradient.

JSONXML project is library used to parse/format tree-like object structures in most popular text formats: XML and JSON. For parsing it accepts "java.io.Reader" and return java object. For formatting it accepts java object and "java.io.Writer". Object is generally structure that contains Map and/or List elements. Map is ordered set of named items. List is set of unnamed items. Reflection may be used to convert objects into set of maps/lists and vice versa. JSON parser is implemented explicitly. XML parser is based on SAX parser and applies only certain rules for result. Library is designed to allow various entry points for variable decisions depending on end use needs. 1. Formats - formats are used to enable locale-specific parsing/formatting of numbers and dates. 2. ReflectiveBuilder - enables reflection. Default implementation uses getters/setters only. 3. ObjectsRegistry - used to keep track of parsed or formatted objects and allow resolvable references in formatted (text) form.

This is the brand new, re-written from scratch plugin for ANTLR v3. Previous valiant efforts all suffered from being unable to modify the ANTLR Tool itself to provide support not just for Maven oriented things but any other tool that might wish to invoke ANTLR without resorting to the command line interface. Rather than try to shoe-horn new code into the existing Mojo (in fact I think that by incorporating a patch supplied by someone I ended up with tow versions of the Mojo, I elected to rewrite everything from scratch, including the documentation, so that we might end up with a perfect Mojo that can do everything that ANTLR v3 supports such as imported grammar processing, proper support for library directories and locating token files from generated sources, and so on. In the end I decided to also change the the ANTLR Tool.java code so that it would be the provider of all the things that a build tool needs, rather than delegating things to 5 different tools. So, things like dependencies, dependency sorting, option tracking, generating sources and so on are all folded back in to ANTLR's Tool.java code, where they belong, and they now provide a public interface to anyone that might want to interface with them. One other goal of this rewrite was to completely document the whole thing to death.
