This project creates a bundle of the Impex legacy tool that is decoupled from Subversion. It creates a jar file that has the exact same binaries, source, directory structure, and layout as the Impex contained inside Subversion. Since it is published as a versioned jar file, it can be referenced in other processes (like the Rice binary release process) without those processes needing the ability to connect back to Subversion to check out the tool. Processes that need access to the legacy Impex tool can thus express a normal maven dependency in order to obtain it.

This project is a GUI utility for processing files. It allows selecting a set of source files and a pipeline of processes to apply onto those files. The applications shows in a nice-looking user interface where you can define profiles for your repetitive tasks. It provides pre-defined processors doing usual file manipulation tasks like: Copy, Head, Tail, Chunk, Search, Replace, Zip, Unzip... But the biggest value of this file processor tool is the ability to add easily custom file processors written in java.

Janbanery wraps around the RESTful API delivered by Kanbanery while adding some more features like mass operations or filtering of results. In the end, it's very easy and pleasant to implement your own Kanbanery client be it on the desktop, mobile (android) or as for example Gradle / SBT script to take full advantage of kanbanery's features.

Scala classes to allow more elegant use of Multiverse from Scala. Atm the functionality is quite limited since not a lot of effort was put in the Scala integration. For the 0.6 release Multiverse should be able to work with in Scala written transactional objects configured with the Multiverse annotations. So that would reduce the need for this library, although in Scala they want to have special Scala 'interfaces' that provide some syntactic sugar to use java collections in Scala. So this module would be the good location for that. If anyone would like to help improving the Multiverse/Scala integration, please don't hesitate to join.

The JXTA Shell is a sample application that demonstrates key concepts of JXTA JXSE. The JXTA Shell enables users to interact with the JXTA platform through a command-line interpreter. Much like the UNIX® shell, the JXTA Shell is useful for accessing and managing core platform objects (peers, groups, pipes), debugging communications problems, checking the status of peers and/or peer groups, and communicating with other JXTA services and applications. As in UNIX®, the JXTA shell allows users to "pipe" shell commands together connecting commands "on-the-fly." Pipes in Project JXTA are useful for collecting information at one peer and perhaps processing the command at another.

Sarissa is an ECMAScript library acting as a cross-browser wrapper for native XML APIs. It offers various XML related goodies like Document instantiation, XML loading from URLs or strings, XSLT transformations, XPath queries etc and comes especially handy for people doing what is lately known as "AJAX" development. Supported browsers are Mozilla - Firefox and family, Internet Explorer with MSXML3.0 and up, Konqueror (KDE 3.3+ for sure), Safari and Opera 9.

Shades is an Object/Relational Mapping (ORM) framework that works in conjunction with JDBC APIs. Instead of relying on XML or annotations for configuration, Shades relies on an interface called ORMapping. This makes shades simple and flexible. Shades has no new transaction model nor Connection management which you must learn. You control the transactions, and the Connection that Shades uses, through plain JDBC interfaces. Shades is designed to work well with modern web development frameworks like Tapestry and Wicket.
