Perfidix comes as a light-weight Java Benchmarking Tool which allows to make simple measurements of source code without installing heavy profilers or using special IDEs. Perfidix comes as a simple jar which has to be included in the classpath. Methods which should be benched are annotated similar to JUnit testcases. With these simple modifications fast evaluation and real-time measurements can be made with existing source code without adapting the program.

This module provides versioning support for all modifications of the data contained in the LMF System (triples, resources, namespaces). Versions are accessible according to the Memento protocol using a special webservice. Versioning is triggered when a transaction finishes successfully and will store additional versioning information in the database. Note that this implies a certain performance overhead.

This project contains a JNA (Java Native Access) implementation built on top of the native Hnswlib (Hierarchical Navigable Small World Graph) which offers a fast approximate nearest neighbor search. It includes some modifications and simplifications in order to provide Hnswlib features with native like performance to applications written in Java. Differently from the original Python implementation, the multi-thread support is not included in the bindings itself but it can be easily implemented on the Java side.
