jsci from group net.sf.jsci (version 1.2)

JSci is a set of open source Java packages. The aim is to encapsulate scientific methods/principles in the most natural way possible. As such they should greatly aid the development of scientific based software. It offers: abstract math interfaces, linear algebra (support for various matrix and vector types), statistics (including probability distributions), wavelets, newtonian mechanics, chart/graph components (AWT and Swing), MathML DOM implementation, ... Note: some packages, like javax.comm, for the astro and instruments package aren't listed as dependencies (not available).

jstaf from group net.sf.staf (version 3.4.4)

The Software Testing Automation Framework (STAF) is an open source, multi-platform, multi-language framework designed around the idea of reusable components, called services (such as process invocation, resource management, logging, and monitoring). STAF removes the tedium of building an automation infrastructure, thus enabling you to focus on building your automation solution. The STAF framework provides the foundation upon which to build higher level solutions, and provides a pluggable approach supported across a large variety of platforms and languages. This component contains the STAF Java API (http://staf.sourceforge.net/current/STAFJava.htm ) only. For more information see http://staf.sourceforge.net/ .

rapiddweller-benerator-ce from group com.rapiddweller (version 3.2.1-jdk-11)

rapiddweller 'Benerator' is a software solution to generate, anonymize, pseudonymize and migrate data for development, testing and training purposes. rapiddweller 'Benerator' is easy to learn, integrates into CI Tools like Jenkins and Gitlab CI and allows to create data models on the most abstract level. rapiddweller 'Benerator' allows creating realistic and valid high-volume test data, used for testing (unit/integration/load) and showcase setup. Metadata constraints are imported from systems and/or configuration files. Data can imported from and exported to files and systems, anonymized or generated from scratch. Domain packages provide reusable generators for creating domain-specific data as names and addresses internationalizable in language and region. It is strongly customizable with plugins and configuration options. rapiddweller 'Benerator' is build for Java 1.8 and Java 11. The development is ongoing for Java 11.

parent from group org.apache.sis (version 1.4)

Apache Spatial Information System (SIS) is a free software, Java language library for developing geospatial applications. SIS provides data structures for geographic features and associated metadata along with methods to manipulate those data structures. The library is an implementation of GeoAPI 3.0.2 interfaces and can be used for desktop or server applications. The SIS metadata module forms the base of the library and enables the creation of metadata objects which comply with the ISO 19115 international standard. The SIS referencing module enable the construction of geodetic data structures for geospatial referencing as defined by ISO 19111 standard, along with the associated operations which enable the transformation of coordinates between different reference systems. The SIS storage modules provide a common approach to the reading and writing of metadata, features and coverages applicable to simple imagery as to many dimensional data structures.

jas from group de.uni-mannheim.rz.krum (version 2.7.200)

The Java Algebra System (JAS) is an object oriented, type safe and multi-threaded approach to computer algebra. JAS provides a well designed software library using generic types for algebraic computations implemented in the Java programming language using the JVM runtime infrastructure. The library can be used as any other Java software package or it can be used interactively or interpreted through a jython (Java Python) or jruby (Java Ruby) front end, there is also an Android App based on Ruboto (jruby for Android). The focus of JAS is at the moment on commutative, solvable and non-commutative polynomials, power series, Groebner bases, factorization, real and complex roots and applications. By the use of Java as implementation language JAS is 64-bit and multi-core CPU ready and can make use of mutiple CPUs where available. JAS can run on a wide variety of devices ranging from Android to compute clusters (using MPJ a Java Message Passing Interface (MPI) or OpenMPI).

master-pom from group com.github.secdec.astam-correlator (version 1.3.8)

ThreadFix is a software vulnerability aggregation and management system that reduces the time it takes to fix software vulnerabilities. ThreadFix imports the results from dynamic, static and manual testing to provide a centralized view of software security defects across development teams and applications. The system allows companies to correlate testing results and streamline software remediation efforts by simplifying feeds to software issue trackers. By auto generating application firewall rules, this tool allows organizations to continue remediation work uninterrupted. ThreadFix empowers managers with vulnerability trending reports that show progress over time, giving them justification for their efforts. ThreadFix is developed and maintained by Denim Group, Ltd (http://www.denimgroup.com) For information about commercial support and other services, contact Denim Group about ThreadFix http://www.denimgroup.com/threadfix/ The ASTAM Correlator is a branch of the public Community Edition of the ThreadFix software. This branch is maintained by Secure Decisions (http://www.securedecisions.com), a Division of Applied Visions, Inc (http://www.avi.com).
