Main features of Nomin are no XML configuration, intuitively looking mapping, using arbitrary expressions and method invocations in mappings, pre and postprocessing right in a mapping listing, customizations. It's applicable for any Java compatible classes, not only JavaBeans.

oodt-product from group org.apache.oodt (version 1.0)

The Product Service provides access to data products. Products can be scientific datasets, images, documents, or anything with an electronic representation. The Product Service accepts standard query expressions (see the Query Expression component) and returns zero or more matching products. In addition, the product service can transform products from proprietary formats and into Internet standard formats or run other transformations, all without impacting local stores or operations.

JTransforms from group edu.emory.mathcs (version 2.4)

JTransforms is the first, open source, multithreaded FFT library written in pure Java. Currently, four types of transforms are available: Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT), Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT), Discrete Sine Transform (DST) and Discrete Hartley Transform (DHT). The code is derived from General Purpose FFT Package written by Takuya Ooura and from Java FFTPack written by Baoshe Zhang.

transform-swf from group com.flagstonesoftware (version 2.1.5)

The Transform SWF framework is a collection of classes for each of the tags and data structures that make up the Flash (SWF) File Format Specification from Macromedia. The classes provide a completely object-based API for parsing, manipulating and generating Flash files. This allows Java based applications to dynamically generate and update files that represent animations and documents which can be easily distributed and displayed on any platform that supports a graphical web browser.

protempa from group org.eurekaclinical (version 5.2-Alpha-2)

Protempa supports the construction of software systems for querying clinical databases, summarizing patient data, detecting clinically significant data patterns in groups of patients or individual patients, and extract, transform and load (ETL). Its special feature, temporal abstraction, supports queries and summarization of data in terms of temporal patterns. Temporal patterns enable robust querying and extraction of clinical history. These patterns include frequencies (at least two, three, etc. of some event or observation); sequences (chemotherapy followed by surgery within 180 days, a hospital encounter followed by another hospital encounter within 30 days); and overlaps (falling platelet counts in the setting of HELLP syndrome).

JTransforms is the first, open source, multithreaded FFT library written in pure Java. The code is derived from General Purpose FFT Package written by Takuya Ooura and from Java FFTPack written by Baoshe Zhang. This version has been modified to daemonize threads and stop any application using the library waiting after execution has finished, and is based on revision 29 of the svn version of the code from 2014-05-18.

ConfigurableReports from group com.vectorprint (version 9.2)

This powerful reporting library aims to simplify producing reports using iText. The most demanding and coding intensive tasks when producing reports with iText are how to get from data to report elements, how to style those blocks and how to evaluate (debug) the resulting report layout. Exactly those three tasks are simplified by this library: xml configuration and/or annotations to transform existing Java data objects into report block, provide styling information (css like, syntax independent) seperate from code, a firebug like debug mode to help evaluate your report.
