pmd-build-tools-plugin from group net.sourceforge.pmd (version 1.2)
This small subproject regroup most of the stuff needed to build pmd.
As some java code has been produced to reduce the use of scripts when
generating the website, the build also requires a small jar, which is
generated by this pom.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the pmd-build.jar does not need to be recompile if you
modify any ant or xslt files. You can alter the files that are in the
xslt directory and directly uses the appropriate ant or java task.
pmd-build should be recompiled and package (and its version incrememented)
only if you modify the java code.

data-distribution-api-vivo_1_09 from group edu.cornell.library.scholars (version 1.1.1)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Version for VIVO 1.9
This uses the source and test code from the Version for VIVO 1.10, edited to
make it compatible with VIVO 1.9. It also borrows some code from VIVO 1.10
itself, changes the package name to avoid conflicts, and adds it here.
* Vitro 1.9 uses Jena 2, not Jena 3, and Commons Lang 2, not 3, so modify
the "import" statements in the Data Distribution code accordingly.
* Vitro 1.9 has an earlier version of "...webapp.utils.sparqlrunner"
package, so borrow the source from Vitro 1.10, move it to a different
package so it won't conflict with the 1.9 version, modify it to use
Jena 2 and Commons Lang 2, and modify the Data Distribution API code to
use this sparqlrunner package.
* Vitro 1.9 has an earlier version of "...webapp.utils.configuration"
package, so borrow the source from Vitro 1.10, move it to a different
package so it won't conflict with the 1.9 version, modify it to use
Jena 2 and Commons Lang 2, and modify the Data Distribution API code to
use this configuration package.
Make these modifications, compile, JAR it up, and deploy.

classificationViaClustering from group nz.ac.waikato.cms.weka (version 1.0.7)
A simple meta-classifier that uses a clusterer for classification. For cluster algorithms that use a fixed number of clusterers, like SimpleKMeans, the user has to make sure that the number of clusters to generate are the same as the number of class labels in the dataset in order to obtain a useful model.
Note: at prediction time, a missing value is returned if no cluster is found for the instance.
The code is based on the 'clusters to classes' functionality of the weka.clusterers.ClusterEvaluation class by Mark Hall.

oxalis-integration-test from group no.difi.oxalis (version 4.0.0-RC2)
Oxalis integration test.
Compiles and packages everything, after which the web container
is started in the pre-integration-test phase, the .war file is deployed
and the tests are executed in the integration-test phase.
After the tests have been executed, the web container is stopped in
the post-integration-test phase.
The reason for using failsafe is the fact that Surefire would fail the build
in the integration-test phase, without taking down the server in the
post-integration-test phase.
This implementation uses Tomcat, but you may change this to your liking.
See http://cargo.codehaus.org/Maven2+plugin for more information.

crypto4j-parent from group org.beiter.michael.crypto4j (version 1.0)
The crypto4j library provides a simple and pluggable crypto abstraction library
for Java, including both cryptographic primitives and the artifacts defined in
the JOSE standard.
This library separates the cryptographic primitives from the JOSE artifacts.
The library uses the algorithms available through JCA (JCE). The implementations
of the cryptographic primitives provided in this library rely on the standard
JCA implementation, and can be configured and extended through the JCA mechanisms.
The JOSE portion of the library allows custom extensions by either replacing
the provided JOSE artifact implementations with custom implementations, or by
adding new JOSE artifacts, for instance in form of additional algorithms, which
is particularly useful in case that the JOSE standard is updated or in case
custom extensions to the JOSE standard should be implemented.
The implementations available in this library generally come in two variants:
a standard implementation of the primitives and advanced algorithms, and a
high-performance implementation that takes advantage of implementation patterns
that do not compromise cryprographic security, but speed up the overall
processing time.

big-map_2.11 from group com.avast (version 1.1)
In some data processing tasks we need to use huge maps or sets that are bigger
than available JVM heap space or they are loading too slow to standard Java or Scala Maps.
We use TSV format (text file with tab separated columns) for persist this kind of Maps or Sets.
Some columns are used as a key and rest of columns as a value.
Idea of this library is simple. We can prepare these maps once (sort by key),
store it to file and then use it as memory mapped file.
Searching key in sorted file has log(n) complexity.
If more processes uses the same memory mapped file, it exists in memory just once (on Linux).
This file can be loaded lazy by OS.

burlap from group edu.brown.cs.burlap (version 3.0.1)
The Brown-UMBC Reinforcement Learning and Planning (BURLAP) Java code library is for the use and
development of single or multi-agent planning and learning algorithms and domains to accompany them. The library
uses a highly flexible state/observation representation where you define states with your own Java classes, enabling
support for domains that discrete, continuous, relational, or anything else. Planning and learning algorithms range from classic forward search
planning to value-function-based stochastic planning and learning algorithms.

jenkins-maven-plugin from group ch.sourcepond.maven.plugins (version 1.2.0)
The Jenkins Maven Plugin allows to use the Jenkins CLI (command line interface) from within a Maven build.
It allows the execution of any command supported by the CLI, see https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Jenkins+CLI
for further information. Therefore, it downloads the current jenkins-cli.jar from ${project.ciManagement.url}/jnlpJars/jenkins-cli.jar
and uses that artifact for interacting with the Jenkins server. The architecture of the Jenkins Maven Plugin follows the UNIX philosophy
"do one thing and do it well": it does not provide any logic for specific tasks, for instance creating job configuration files.
This can be done with another, more appropriate plugin and its result can then be specified as stdin to the Jenkins Maven Plugin.
