hyperPipes from group nz.ac.waikato.cms.weka (version 1.0.2)

Class implementing a HyperPipe classifier. For each category a HyperPipe is constructed that contains all points of that category (essentially records the attribute bounds observed for each category). Test instances are classified according to the category that "most contains the instance". Does not handle numeric class, or missing values in test cases. Extremely simple algorithm, but has the advantage of being extremely fast, and works quite well when you have "smegloads" of attributes.

tomcat-deployment-listener from group com.github.yohayg (version 2.0.0)

According to Docker best practices a Docker container should not be up if the process fails to load properly. Apache Tomcat deploys all the web applications loaded in its webapp folder. This is a resilient solution for web applications not influencing the application server. However, In a Docker environment according to best practice, the process should fail in case the web application failed to initialize properly. By adding the additional jar created by this project to Tomcat classpath and adding the new listener in the Tomcat conf/server.xml the user can make sure the Tomcat process fails in case there is an initialization exception in their web application which will cause the Tomcat used the tomcat container to abort in immediately indicate that there was an initialization error Abort tomcat when a webapp fails to deploy in Docker container Docker container best practice. Tomcat does not stop if a webapp fail to deploy and the container will continue to run. By adding this listener the tomcat will abort in case the Tomcat fails to deploy the webapp, And the container will not start. You will need to place the listener in Tomcat server.xml and set the Tomcat classpath to contain this jar

ks-server-http from group eu.fbk.knowledgestore (version 1.7.1)

The HTTP server module (ks-server-http) implements the Web API of the KnowledgeStore, which includes the two CRUD and SPARQL endpoints. The CRUD Endpoint supports the retrieval and manipulation of semi-structured data about resource, mention, entity and axiom records (encoded in RDF, possibly using JSONLD), and the upload / download of resource representation. The SPARQL Endpoint supports SPARQL SELECT, CONSTRUCT, DESCRIBE and ASK queries according to the W3C SPARQL protocol. The two endpoints are implemented on top of a component implementing the KnowledgeStore Java API (the Store interface), which can be either the the KnowledgeStore frontend (ks-frontend) or the Java Client. The implementation of the module is based on the Jetty Web sever (run in embedded mode) and the Jersey JAX-RS implementation. Reference documentation of the Web API is automatically generated using the Enunciate tool.

nsgaii from group com.debacharya (version 3.2.0)

A NSGA-II implementation using Java. This implementation of NSGA-II algorithm is in pure reference to the original published paper. This is not an effort to convert the originally implemented C code in Java. The original C code by the authors has not be referred to while writing this implementation. This is a fully customizable implementation of the NSGA-II algorithm, made as generic as possible. This documentation assumes you have basic understanding of the NSGA-II algorithm. Apart from the core concepts of the algorithm, everything else in this package can be implemented as per the user's choice and plugged into the algorithm dynamically. Since NSGA-II is more like a set of protocols to follow as an algorithm rather than a concrete implementation of every aspect, this package has been re-written from scratch keeping complete customizability in mind. Apart from the core concepts of the algorithm, everything is considered to be a plugin external to the algorithm that can be implemented by the user and dynamically plugged into the algorithm during runtime as needed. This opens up the possibility of the package to be used simply as a PoC or be converted into something much more complex according to the users needs.

ibis-xerces from group org.ibissource (version 2.12.2-xml-schema-1.1)

Xerces2 is the next generation of high performance, fully compliant XML parsers in the Apache Xerces family. This new version of Xerces introduces the Xerces Native Interface (XNI), a complete framework for building parser components and configurations that is extremely modular and easy to program. The Apache Xerces2 parser is the reference implementation of XNI but other parser components, configurations, and parsers can be written using the Xerces Native Interface. For complete design and implementation documents, refer to the XNI Manual. Xerces2 is a fully conforming XML Schema 1.0 processor. A partial experimental implementation of the XML Schema 1.1 Structures and Datatypes Working Drafts (December 2009) and an experimental implementation of the XML Schema Definition Language (XSD): Component Designators (SCD) Candidate Recommendation (January 2010) are provided for evaluation. For more information, refer to the XML Schema page. Xerces2 also provides a complete implementation of the Document Object Model Level 3 Core and Load/Save W3C Recommendations and provides a complete implementation of the XML Inclusions (XInclude) W3C Recommendation. It also provides support for OASIS XML Catalogs v1.1. Xerces2 is able to parse documents written according to the XML 1.1 Recommendation, except that it does not yet provide an option to enable normalization checking as described in section 2.13 of this specification. It also handles namespaces according to the XML Namespaces 1.1 Recommendation, and will correctly serialize XML 1.1 documents if the DOM level 3 load/save APIs are in use.

commons-crypto from group org.apache.commons (version 1.2.0)

Apache Commons Crypto is a cryptographic library optimized with AES-NI (Advanced Encryption Standard New Instructions). It provides Java API for both cipher level and Java stream level. Developers can use it to implement high performance AES encryption/decryption with the minimum code and effort. Please note that Crypto doesn't implement the cryptographic algorithm such as AES directly. It wraps to OpenSSL or JCE which implement the algorithms. Features -------- 1. Cipher API for low level cryptographic operations. 2. Java stream API (CryptoInputStream/CryptoOutputStream) for high level stream encryption/decryption. 3. Both optimized with high performance AES encryption/decryption. (1400 MB/s - 1700 MB/s throughput in modern Xeon processors). 4. JNI-based implementation to achieve comparable performance to the native C/C++ version based on OpenSsl. 5. Portable across various operating systems (currently only Linux/MacOSX/Windows); Apache Commons Crypto loads the library according to your machine environment (it checks system properties, `os.name` and `os.arch`). 6. Simple usage. Add the commons-crypto-(version).jar file to your classpath. Export restrictions ------------------- This distribution includes cryptographic software. The country in which you currently reside may have restrictions on the import, possession, use, and/or re-export to another country, of encryption software. BEFORE using any encryption software, please check your country's laws, regulations and policies concerning the import, possession, or use, and re-export of encryption software, to see if this is permitted. See <http://www.wassenaar.org/> for more information. The U.S. Government Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), has classified this software as Export Commodity Control Number (ECCN) 5D002.C.1, which includes information security software using or performing cryptographic functions with asymmetric algorithms. The form and manner of this Apache Software Foundation distribution makes it eligible for export under the License Exception ENC Technology Software Unrestricted (TSU) exception (see the BIS Export Administration Regulations, Section 740.13) for both object code and source code. The following provides more details on the included cryptographic software: * Commons Crypto use [Java Cryptography Extension](http://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/technotes/guides/security/crypto/CryptoSpec.html) provided by Java * Commons Crypto link to and use [OpenSSL](https://www.openssl.org/) ciphers
