libssh is a C library that enables you to write a program that uses the SSH protocol. With it, you can remotely execute programs, transfer files, or use a secure and transparent tunnel for your remote programs. The SSH protocol is encrypted, ensures data integrity, and provides strong means of authenticating both the server of the client. The library hides a lot of technical details from the SSH protocol, but this does not mean that you should not try to know about and understand these details. This is a plugin to Madura Objects. It provides a rules/constraint engine to assist with validation, deriving new values from user inputs (eg total of invoices entered on this customer) an manipulating metadata (eg because the amount is above X we make some field readonly). Note that the Java that is using the monitored objects is quite unaware of the rules layer implemented here. That means you can change rules without having to go back to your Java code, and it also means you don't have to wonder if everything implemented the same rules. Anything using that Java object has the rules (unless you turn them all off).

This Tool provides the means to monitor the performance of Spring Batch applications without the need to manipulate the respective code basis. Through Listeners and AOP it evaluates the throughput of a monitored Job and writes the result to a simble database-schema (a file-based H2 by default). The Java JDK includes various means of creating/consuming compressed files. What is missing is easy way of creating lazy streamed zip archive, in spirit of java.util.zip.DeflaterInputStream. This implementation relies on the fact that the PKZIP specification allows archiving data streams of sizes not known upfront. This implies that the archives produced will be readable only by tools aware of this trick. Notably, java.util.zip.ZipInputStream is OK with that, so we use it to test compatibility.

NoHR (Nova Hybrid Reasoner) is a plug-in for the ontology editor Protégé that allows its users to query knowledge bases composed of both an Ontology in OWL 2 EL or QL and a set of Reasoning Rules. Using a top-down reasoning approach, which means that only the part of the ontology and rules that is relevant for the query is actually evaluated, NoHR respectively combines the capabilities of ELK for OWL 2 EL and a dedicated direct translation for OWL 2 QL with the rule engine XSB Prolog to deliver very fast interactive response times. NoHR is the first hybrid reasoner of its kind for Protégé. NoHR is also distributed as an API.

OpenCL4Java is a thin Java wrapper around OpenCL's C API. It uses JNA as its interop layer library, which means it works on all of the (many) JNA-supported platforms (see http://jna.dev.java.net/). It is autogenerated by JNAerator (http://jnaerator.googlecode.com/), so updates to newer OpenCL specs are a matter of seconds. Note that OpenCL4Java is used by JavaCL, an Object-Oriented API that presents OpenCL in a much more practical, powerful and idiomatic way to Java.
