weblogic-maven-plugin from group org.codehaus.mojo (version 2.9.5)

This plugin will support various tasks within the Weblogic 8.1, 9.x, 10.x and 12.x environment. This version starts to support weblogic 10 and 11. The mojo supports such tasks as deploy, undeploy, clientgen, servicegen, and appc are supported as well as many others. The plugin uses exposed API's that are subject to change but have been tested in 8.1 SP 4-6 and 9.0 - 9.2 MP3, 10.x. There are two versions of the plugin to support the two environments based on differences in the JDK. The 9.x version is currently being refactored to support the standard JSR supported deployment interface. The code used in the plugin has been contributed to the Cargo project however to date has not be integrated into the codebase. Please feel free to suggest improvements or help support this plugin effort.

jetty-conf-maven-plugin from group net.uvavru.maven.plugin (version 1.0)

Jetty context XML configuration plugin generator helper. This plugin helps you to generate your Context XML file with a dynamic content such as: * classpath entries * web app resources * maven properties Plugin needs a template Jetty context XML file where the dynamic content is injected. Injection of dynamic content is supported as: * altering the DOM with new values * with enabled filtering dynamic values can be replaced as properties (see bellow) Filtering of the template file is supported. Basically it means you can include content from your maven properties in your context XML file. If desired plugin sets two maven properties with the dynamic content: * jetty.conf-plugin.classpath * jetty.conf-plugin.webapp These properties might be used for filtering as well. Plugin resolves project dependency artifacts. These artifacts are transformed into webapp resources and classpath entries. Works with multi-module projects. Works in Eclipse with enabled m2e.

plexus-compiler-javafxc from group net.sf.m2-javafxc (version 0.3)

This component may be plugged into standard compile plugin of maven to compile JavaFX ( http://javafx.com/) sources. The component assumes that JavaFX SDK 1.2+ is installed on the machine were built process is run. Environment variable JFX_HOME should point to JavaFX installation directory (typically /usr/share/javafx-sdk1.2 for Linux machines). Version 0.3 is current one and is stable. Version 0.2 has deffect and compiles only basic code samples in all other cases it simply fail.

jardiff from group jardiff (version 0.2)

A tool to help visualise API differences between two different versions of a project. Jardiff takes two jar files and outputs all the public API changes as xml, html or plain text. Currently this is command line driven, though we are working on an ant plugin. It requires java 1.4 to run. <h2>Background</h2> At OSjava, we were using a shell script to work out API differences between our release versions. This unfortunately doesn't scale very well to larger projects, the main reason for jardiff was to do the same in a much shorter time (From memory it was taking minutes to get the API diff from two fairly small jars). In it's current state, jardiff can generate the api differences between rt.jar for java 1.4 and java 1.5 in under 20 seconds, so it should scale to even the largest of projects.

r6-generator from group io.github.terminological (version 0.5.6)

R can use RJava or jsr223 to communicate with java. R also has a class system called R6. If you want to use a java library with native rJava or jsr223 in R there is potentially a lot of glue code needed, and R library specific packaging configuration required. However if you don't mind writing an R-centric API in Java you can generate all of this glue code using a few java annotations and the normal javadoc annotations. This plugin aims to provide an annotation processor that writes that glue code and creates a fairly transparent connection between Java code and R code, with a minimum of hard work. The focus of this is streamlining the creation of R libraries by Java developers, rather than allowing access to arbitrary Java code from R. The ultimate aim of this plugin to allow java developers to provide simple APIs for their libraries, package their library using Maven, push it to github and for that to become seamlessly available as an R library, with a minimal amount of fuss. A focus is on trying to produce CI ready libraries tested with Github workflows and ready for CRAN submission.

nsgaii from group com.debacharya (version 3.2.0)

A NSGA-II implementation using Java. This implementation of NSGA-II algorithm is in pure reference to the original published paper. This is not an effort to convert the originally implemented C code in Java. The original C code by the authors has not be referred to while writing this implementation. This is a fully customizable implementation of the NSGA-II algorithm, made as generic as possible. This documentation assumes you have basic understanding of the NSGA-II algorithm. Apart from the core concepts of the algorithm, everything else in this package can be implemented as per the user's choice and plugged into the algorithm dynamically. Since NSGA-II is more like a set of protocols to follow as an algorithm rather than a concrete implementation of every aspect, this package has been re-written from scratch keeping complete customizability in mind. Apart from the core concepts of the algorithm, everything is considered to be a plugin external to the algorithm that can be implemented by the user and dynamically plugged into the algorithm during runtime as needed. This opens up the possibility of the package to be used simply as a PoC or be converted into something much more complex according to the users needs.

modelant from group net.mdatools (version 3.3.0)

Modelant provides JMI-compliant mechanism to read, process, export models in MOF 1.4, UML 1.3 and UML 1.4, including also an engine for generation of code (any texts) using Object-Oriented Programming and templates. It is an extensible framework allowing adding support of other languages, described using MOF 1.4 metamodels. Modelant provides Maven plugins to automate the creation and comparison of UML 1.3, UML 1.4, MOF 1.4 models; the generation of code from models; the reverse engineering of java code, relational databases and XML DTD/XSD; the transformatoion of models, e.g. tranformation of of UMl 1.3 models to UML 1.4; the comparison and change identification in UML 1.3/UML 1.4 models and MOF 1.4 metamodels. The produced UML 1.3 models are suitable to be imported in Rational Rose 2003 + XMI Plugin, WhiteStar UML / Star UML, Enterprise Architect, other, as they employ MOF 1.3/MOF 1.4 as reading MOF 1.3 is internally converted to MOF1.4 and XMI 1.1 and XMI 1.2. whereas the converted to UML 1.4 models can be imported in Argo UML, Enterprise Architect, other as they employ MOF 1.4 and XMI 1.1 and XMI 1.2. Modelant wraps the NetBeans Meta-Data Repository (MDR).
